About Alp Artuner

We began renting apartments in the beginning of April 2012 with the intention of using our apartments as complete serviced luxury places in the city center of Vienna. We would like to keep our guests in comfort as much as possible. That is why we are meticulous to give our best. Our first apartment in this business has almost everything for relaxation, cooking and working. We take care of our guests' requirements directly and all the services we add in the price per night are always available even where there are seasonal price changes. Our family is located in both the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and in Vienna, Austria. We work in both these cities running our family construction company under the name of Artuner Constructions.

We decided to use this apartment for short and long term renting after our company finished the renovation work. The location of the apartment brought a convincing idea for using the place as a vacation rental concept. The elegant touch and local historical feeling of the site is my personal favorite.

This suite is fantastic and presented exactly as depicted in the photos. The location is superb and the host is extremely helpful and communicative. We were met at the airport and brought to the apartment which is located adjacent to a large upscale mall at the edge of the Inner Stadt/walking district in Vienna. It is the perfect location within walking distance of all the major tourist sites and Vienna's upscale shopping area. For sites further away, the subway is across the street and a Hertz rental car location is within two blocks. The suite is modern with all the appropriate amenities and more. The bathrooms and kitchens were designed with upscale, modern appliances. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, appropriate for 5 adults. We recommend this suite and the host without hesitation.

Magnificent beach house. great location. wonderful views. easy walk over the sand to the water. House is upgraded and full of amenities. A perfect spot for family getaways. There is not a better rental on Gulf Shore beach.

Wonderful stay... perfect location... modern, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment in the middle of everything. Walking distance to a huge number of museums and galleries. Very friendly host. Free transfer to and from the airport was a great bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful Cozy Apartment in Vienna's 1st District Next to the Opera

This apartment was perfect for our 10 day visit to Vienna. We were picked up at the airport to start our holiday and brought back on our last morning in Vienna. Transportation was complementary and included as part of our reservation. The apartment itself has two levels and is clean and spacious. There are two bedrooms -- one downstairs and one upstairs which also has a small balcony -- and an optional third room (normally this room appears to be a spacious home office) which can be converted to a bedroom with a rollaway bed. The apartment includes an Apple TV with Airplay support, which is great if you want to relax with a movie or show that is on your personal iOS device at the end of the day. Satellite TV and a selection of DVDs are also provided, as well as WiFi connectivity to the Internet. The apartment is situation on the 5th floor of the building and is inward facing (there is not a view of the street), which means at night it is very quiet at night. Ali and his team were exceptional. Throughout our stay they brought us additional Nespresso capsules and wine, along with fresh towels. The apartment has both a dishwasher and a washing machine. Capsules and detergent were provided for us. The location could also not be better. When you exit the apartment and face the Staatsoper you have the Kärtnerstraße pedestrian zone on your right and the Karlsplatz metro/trolley station directly to your left -- which gets you quickly to all parts of the City using public transportation. Also in the mall below the apartment there is a Billa grocery store (lower level) which makes it is easy to pick up and bring back provisions to the apartment. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vienna and recommend this to anyone who is looking both a quality place to stay and a location that provides easy access to all parts of the city.

Amazing Apartment in a Great Location

Apartment feels very new and clean with great beds, linens and pillows. The bathrooms are nicely laid out with separate shower in master bedroom upstairs. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. Ali, the host who met us, made sure the apartment was well stocked with coffee, olive oil, spices and even a bottle of wine. He was very pleasant on meeting us and provided us with all the information for the apartment. The location is perfect with a small shopping mall next door and a great supermarket about 200 meters away. All of this convenience and the apartment is still very quiet, we could not hear any street noise or any neighbors the entire time we were there. The location is perfect and there are restaurants and a walking street just out the door. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope we can stay there again on our next visit.

Terrific location. Spacious apartment.

Location. Location. Location. There is not a better place to stay in Vienna. No matter which direction we looked when leaving the front door, there was something to draw our attention. The Opera House is steps away which means that all of the restaurants, shops and transportation hubs that surround a cultural institution are readily accessible. The shopping mall that is part of the building includes a sizable grocery store. The spacious apartment includes three bedrooms and two baths and a sizeable living/dining area which worked well for the 5 of us. We were transported from the airport and met at the apartment where all of the necessary explanations took place promptly and efficiently. The space was clean and well maintained and we found everything we needed, from a washing machine to a coffee maker. We spent the first week of July at the apartment and its location enabled us to maximize - and enjoy - our time in Vienna. We’d rent this apartment again in a minute.

The travelers must see Opera play which has a gorgeous interior design and full of historical atmosphere.

From all Cafe places, my personal favorite is Central Cafe. I recommend you to try there once.
