Mini train - this takes you to the Old Town/ Beach in 1 stop from the Apartment. No long walks and it arrives right beside the Escallators that deposit you onto the beach, and back up. Who said Albufeira was hilly? Not any more. The Day ticket allows you to ride on it as often as you like - so go down to the beach in the mornings, back for dressing up, down for nightlife until 03.00 hrs. when the train stops.

Theme Parks abound. See our Agent or visit the nearby Tourist Office.

Walks, Nature, Safaris: Walking in the Algarve is a beautiful experience, along Coastlines particularly but also inland. Tourist offices all over the Algarve have maps and suggestions.

You can also book 4 wheel drive safari day trips into the Cork forests, small farms for lunch, local craft centres and many things which would remain hidden from the casual tourist.

Bird life is rich and varied and there are large numbers of areas where you can see great concentrations.

This Penthouse has an immediate and lasting impression of spaciousness, luxury finishings and furnishings. The feel good factor it will add to your holiday will be palpable to all visitors.

A unique feature of this apartment is the south facing balcony( 450 sq ft) which enjoys sun from dawn until dusk. It guarantees glorious breakfasts and evenings of wine & al frescop dining/ entertainment. It is beautifully furnished and is planted with tropical plants in varied large containers. It is accessed by 3 Patio doors leading from both Lounge & Kitchen for ease of service.

All bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and high ceilinged. All are cooled/ heated for the varied seasons.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped for the most discerning of Cooks, family needs and informal snacking.

Perfect Apartment for Groups or Families

First of all the communication with PJ and his local agents worked really good. We had all relevant information we needed and could pick up the keys on time. Our first impression of the apartment was very good and it got even better during our stay. It's located about a kilometer away from the beach and you have plenty of beaches to choose from in the surroundings. There are also a lot of restaurants, clubs and bars just about a five minutes walk away.

Although we only tried the collective pool (for the apartment block) once, it was very good to have the pool in option.

The apartment was very clean and is well equipped. As we did only stay for 4 nights we didn't need the TV or the audio system, but if you plan to stay longer than we did you won't miss a thing.

One thing we enjoyed for sure - the big balcony/terrace, where you can even get a glimpse of the sea.

Summing up our stay was perfect for Albufeira, with the nice apartment, not far from the beaches and all facilities.

Excellent apartment in prime location

My husband and I spent 10 days in the apartment with our 3 teenage children plus two of their friends. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The location was ideal, being only 5 minutes walk from the strip (for the youngsters!) and the taxi rank, 15 minutes to the nearest beach and 30 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride to the old town and beach there. Although located n a busy road we did not notice the noise (except for the nights when Portugal won their Euro matches!!) Marta, the agent, was extremely helpful and always quick to answer any queries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again as a family.

Portugal paradise

We had the best time in the Sunny Haven apartment. We walked to the beach everyday and and the strip at night - everything was so convenient and we'd love to come back!

Fabulous holiday

We had a great holiday whilst staying in this apartment. As a family of 6 (grandparents, parents and children) we found the apartment to be in a perfect location. The walk to the beach is around 15 minutes and there are lots of lovely restaurants near the place. A particular favourite of ours was Jardim Rustico. If you want to go to the old town the tourist train stop is only a 5-10 minute walk.

The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. It had all the things we needed for an 11 night stay. The balcony gets the morning sun until around 1pm which was great for an alfresco breakfast. We had a couple of very minor issues which we needed to speak to the agent about and she was very efficient ensuring everything was sorted immediately. The only thing we really struggled with was getting the English tv to work as it's an internet system but for us this wasn't a big deal.

Our boys enjoyed the pool which was also very clean. We had no problems getting 6 sun beds each day.

We had some great meals during our stay including castello de mar, cabana fresca and Johnny Hoppers saxophone bistro. We also really enjoyed aqualand as it was not too busy. Although I would recommend taking your own food as the restaurant was very slow, very busy and badly organised.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this apartment without reservation

Beautiful penthouse

The apartment was amazing. We were a group of 8 young people, we knew looking at the photos that this apartment would be amazing but it was even better than we excepted. It was huge and extremely modern. It's only a 5 minute walk from the strip which was fantastic for us. There's plenty of room to cook in the apartment and sit out on the balcony and eat a nice meal. For evenings in there's a DVD player which we made great use of. When we arrived PJ had organised all our transfers which was so handy as it was less stress for us. I highly recommend this apartment for any group, friends or family's. The pool is just out the back and it's quiet and relaxing, there's plenty of sun loungers so no need to get up early to reserve them as you could easily get one at anytime during the day. If you're going to Albuferia stay here, I can't imagine you'll get nicer, it's 5 star accommodation no doubt. There's also a bus going to the old town just 5 mins away from the apartment. We will hopefully be returning at some point and will be recommending it to all our friends.

Fantastic Holiday

I booked three of the apartments from Paul for a group of 19 ,.ages ranging from 2yrs - 67yrs.

I honestly cant fault any of the apartments.all immaculate and very well equipped.

I have stayed at the complex before so was well aware of the location

Very quiet and secure.but only few mins walk to busy strip and 5 mins in taxi to old town.

I love Albufeira and loved staying in your apartments on behalf of all of us thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Already talk of returning next year x

The 'Strip', Tourist mini train, restaurants, bars, night clubs, taxi rank are all within a 2 minute walk of the Apartment.

The Old Town & its beach is only a 1 stop mini train ride away, with escallators onto beach, great for kids and parents.

Albufeira is centred in the middle of the 'Algarve' so all Coastal towns and tourist resorts are within an hours drive on the Coastal motorway. This motorway and roads to Villamoura/ Vale de Lobo for all the major Golf Courses are accessed from the 'Globe Roundabout' beside Corcovada complex.

The largest shopping centre on the Algarve, close to Guia, is a 10 minute drive.

Cape St Vincent, west Coast surfing, Lagos, & other historical towns, the natural Parks of western Algarve are all easily accessed.

The east coast, Tavira, Cabanas, beautiful islands and beaches of the Ria Formosa, & Seville, Spain are all easily accessed as well ( Border is 1 hour drive).

For the real Algarve inland - Monchique, Alte,Silves, etc are easily accessed.

Other Activities: Excellent surfing on west coast, under 1hr on motorway.

Golf: This property lies close to the main road into Villamoura & Vale de Lobo, which allows you to access all the great courses of the Central Algarve. But no course on the Algarve is more than 1 hours drive because of Albufeiras geographical central position to the whole Algarve region. So it is an ideal location for Golfers.
