23. Do you have a Kitchen? Yes it has kitchen with stove, Frost Free refrigerator, Microwave and basic utensils

23. 27 - Do you have what in the kitchen? Plate, forks, knives, spoons, glasses, pots, etc. (There is no pressure cooker)

Passei dias ótimos. Local tranquilo, bairro excelente, confortável para poucas pessoas, zelador (Silvio, muito atencioso), tudo organizado, limpo e perto de tudo. Adorei tudo e com certeza voltarei outras vezes.

Imóvel bem localizado

O imóvel é exatamente como descrito nas fotos. Ideal para quem quer desfrutar das maravilhas que a cidade de Cabo Frio oferece gastando bem menos do que em uma pousada, pois nele há uma cozinha equipada.

A relação custo benefício é muito favorável, com certeza pretendo retornar ao local!

O único ponto negativo é o fato de a sala ficar quente, pois há apenas um ventilador de teto, favorecendo apenas os que ficam no sofá cama, havendo assim, um calor nas camas laterais.

Quanto aos demais cômodos do apartamento, nenhuma crítica.

Excelente localização!

Imóvel prático, todo mobiliado de maneira a atender bem seus hóspedes, o proprietário Márcio sempre muito atencioso e responde bem rápido a todas questões, bem próximo da praia e do centro, da pra fazer tudo caminhando, sem precisar dispor de veículo pra se locomover para esses locais.

Enfim, ótima experiência, voltaremos outras vezes!
