Clean, private and spacious downtown studio charmer
About Diana Brandt
I'm a professional food eater and writer in Arizona, I created Arizona Foodie out of the passion I have for the profession and those in it! While I love to bake and cook, I prefer to leave it to the professionals and eat what they whip up and also take some pictures of it. When I'm not eating or spending time with Chefs, I'm playing with my two little boys or hanging out with my husband. We love to travel around but try to keep our visits close to the beach. Growing up in San Diego and Seattle, it's no wonder I'm a lover of food and the beach.

Why Diana Brandt chose Downtown Phoenix
We fell in love with this property because of its historic charm but also how modern and open it felt inside. It was also important that it be located near downtown, it's super close encanto park and so much action around town but it's in a quiet neighborhood too.

Comfy bed, great location, easy access. The little yard is nice and private and a great place to read a book - I absolutely would stay again.
Lovely Home Away from Home
This place was a perfect fit for us. We came down to AZ sorta last min due to an ill family member. Spring training was in full swing so all the hotels were very high priced. I found this little gem and it worked perfect for us. It was nice that there was a garage to park our car and the towels were very good quality. There were coffee pods and some little bags of treats. Everything was really clean. There wasn’t really anything to complain about. If I had to say anything, it would be the pillows were not the best quality. Maybe an upgrade would be good (I’m a bit of a pillow snob). We will definitely stay again if we make it down.
Baseball Spring and Museums in Valley of the Sun
Loved having a garage. The rest was okay. Would recommend this property. Access was misinformed. But it all worked out in the end. The yard was nice.. Too bad the weather was not so nice. No control over that. Just bad luck.
Thanks for your review Herb. We are sorry to hear that you felt everything was just ok. We send over very detailed check in instructions and have actually never had anyone make the mistake you did at checkin. My husband talked to you almost everyday for the first week to help you out and offer whatever you needed. So I’m sorry you felt we didn’t do what we could to make you comfortable. When you spoke to us before your check out, you said you had a great time. In the future, it helps if you communicate your needs, so we can offer up solutions to make it better. Rather than telling us everything is good during the stay. Safe travels home!
Quiet, quaint, clean and great location!
This studio is located in such a charming historic area of Phoenix. It is just perfect. The owner saw to every detail in order to make our stay wonderful. There is a kitchen area that had a microwave and toaster oven as well as a small fridge. I especially loved the fact that we had a garage and we were able to enter right into the unit. The pictures depict this property perfectly. It is clean, comfortable and very quiet and private. We actually had our own fenced in yard to enjoy! The location is ideal. It is easily accessible to the freeway and there are lots of restaurants and shops located close by. The owner was quick to answer questions. The instructions to check in and check out are very clear and easy to follow. I hope you book and enjoy this property as much as we did. Thank you for your hospitality!
Clean, quiet and comfortable
This is a clean, comfortable and quiet studio in a convenient central location. It was well supplied and exactly as advertised. The owners were very accommodating—particularly when I stupidly left behind a valuable item. These are good, helpful people.
Bottom line—this was perfect for my trip and I’d highly recommend it to anyone needing a clean, quiet getaway in a central location in the Phoenix area.
Everything was wonderful! Having the garage was so convenient and an excellent amenity. The living space was decorated well, had everything you need for a short or long stay, and a comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
