The entry opens into the spacious lounge and has a wood combustion heater positioned to heat the whole living area. Thenewly renovated kitchen features dishwasher and a cleverly designed rubbish bin built into the bench. An island breakfast bar with under bench storage and loads of bench and cupboard space in the kitchen means storage is no problem. The large bright and airy dining/family room brings the outdoors in with a wall of windows and glass doors and also features window highlights to allow in extra light. There is a gas barbeque for easy summer meals or entertaining.

The main bedroom features elegant ensuite. This bedroom looks into a private courtyard and also has a ceiling fan and two built-in wardrobes together with a queen bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed and is located at the other end of the house along with the third bedroom which has two king single beds. The second bathroom with separate toilet and laundry is located close to these two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has been made into a child's rumpus room, with two king single beds, second television, video and DVD player.
