Fully tiled downstairs spacious living area opens out onto a paved private courtyard. As you can see, the comfortable lounge room adjoins the kitchen and dining area, giving a lovely open feel to the living area. The two storey townhouse has two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs off the laundry. The main bathroom has a bath and has two entrances, one off the main bedroom. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet, basin & mirrored sliding cabinet.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with built-ins and comfortable furnishings as well as an entrance to the main bathroom. The second and third bedroom each have a queen bed. All bedrooms are located upstairs.

This private courtyard situated just off the side of the kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast in the glorious morning sun. The courtyard features an outdoor setting and BBQ.
