The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We were very pleased with the condo. It was well equipped and the furnishings were quite nice. The view was spectacular and we really lucked in this year with the weather. Overall we were very pleased. ODVR was very good to deal with and we would have booked again for next year but we waited to long and missed our chance.
This was my very first trip ever to Myrtle Beach. I had no idea where to stay, and selected this condo based solely on the reviews, and the pictures. When my family and I arrived, I was so happy with the unit. It was beautiful, CLEAN, and very tastefully decorated. Steps to the pool or beach, and no parking issues! Will definitely stay there in 2017 again! Thank you!
We decided to rent a condo on the beach for a few month after our house in the Charleston area sold within a few days of our decision to sell. We were so lucky to find this condo available. We have been here for two months and there is NOTHING we needed that was not already provided. (Well except for food and a little wine😊). The bed in the master bedroom has to be the most comfortable my husband And I have slept on in years and we plan to buy the same brand when we move to our new home. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean which we enjoy sitting out on with our morning coffee at the table and a glass of wine on the loungers in the evening watching for the Dolphins. The decor is tastefully done and feels very updated. The master bathroomhas two sinks and huge shower ( and tub ) so it has been easy to transition from our larger home. The two other bedrooms and bathrooms are also very welcoming. Washer/dryer too! The area here in NMB has been ideal because it is not difficult to get around with easy access to shopping, restaurants and major roads. We will be sad when the time comes to leave but I would definitely come back!
We spent Memorial Day Week and absolutely loved it!! The condo is decorated nice, beds are comfortable, tv's in all rooms and the main room tv is awesome. They have a closet LOADED with beach supplies - chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. They have great beach towels also. Bring some extra bath towels. We had 6 people staying and 1 towel per person - small white hotel type towels. Not a big deal - washer/dryer there so you can wash if needed throughout the week. The view from the back porch was magnificent! The beach was wonderful - steps away and not crowded. The condo complex is quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!
This condo is beautifully decorated; you can tell the owner spent a lot of time and effort to make it inviting for their guests. The ocean front view was wonderful and we were able to see dolphins one morning. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, and there are board games to play during those rainy days/nights. Fortunately, we only had one during our stay. The HD TV complete with 3-D glasses and movies makes for a good TV experience. After spending the day at the beach, we enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub.
ODVR was very accommodating to our schedule. I would work recommend both the condo and ODVR to my friends and family, and look forward to staying here in the future.
