The master bedroom is furnished with a large king size bed and has direct access to the private balcony overlooking the Bay and sparkling lights at night. The luxurious master bathroom is equipped with both a shower and bathtub. This unit has sleeping arrangements and is spacious enough to sleep up to 8 people. At 2040 sq ft this is one of the largest two bedroom, two bathroom in the building.
A fully equipped kitchen is provided. It includes everything you need to prepare your own meals with ease including oven, stove, microwave, and even a dishwasher. And don\'t worry, all of the necessary utensils are provided! You\'ll love preparing meals in this kitchen!

We just spent a month in this condo. I guess we didn't read the reviews or we probably wouldn't have chosen this unit. From the previous comments, it appears there has been some work done. HOWEVER, this place still needs work. First, if you are looking to sleep 8, this does not have accomodations for that many, unless you are sleeping a couple of people on couches. Second, the kitchen is small and not equipped for much cooking. There was a sauce pan (that could use replacing), a skillet (terrible to clean), and a large dutch oven. There is plenty of silverware. It really was not conducive to doing much cooking. I wasn't planning on any elaborate meals, but this was truly sparse equipment. Then there is the cleanliness. While on the surface, everything appeared to be clean. Upon closer inspection, I don't know if the floors had even been swept. We found multiple hair pins laying about, as well as other indicators that the floor was not clean. The furnace vents are filthy, the recliner is filthy on the base, the carpet could use cleaning, there was mold in the front loading wash machine, dirty dishes in the cupboard (some not clean, others with a white dust on them so we cleaned before using), a leak in the kitchen ceiling when it rained (through the light fixture), coffee grounds left in the coffee grinder, and silverware left in the bottom of the dishwasher. In addition, one of the features of this unit which could be wonderful, is the balcony off of the master bedroom. The only problem with this was that you cannot access it as stated. The door has issues and it is next to impossible to open. When we mentioned this to the rental company, they said they had heard this from previous renters (and not fixed?). Other items, we had to spend 2 hours waiting on a person to fix/install the vertical blinds in the master bedroom due to many missing slats. There were numerous lamps without bulbs, and we had to steal from some to replace others. There are electrical cords running crazy, and we had several outlets switch off when we plugged things into them. It is our opinion, that if the owners update this unit, and fix issues, it would be a wonderful rental. We also believe that collecting rent money, at the price charged, is not the way to finance these repairs. There is construction next door. We had stucco mud on our new car (they paid to have it cleaned) and got a nail in a tire (from there?), and noise from there every morning.
We have just returned from this condo and it truly needs some TLC!
The window frames are full of mold, up stairs balcony has no furniture, coffee table in the living room is missing glass top ( so you can't use it) it really needs a paint job and a good clean!
Air condition did not work on the main floor when we arrived, handy man came in and fixed then the air condition on the top floor shut down, lots of junk in the kitchen draws from items they at one time belonged to something! Good thing is there is a printer to print boarding passes, on the living room wall there is a black square were a picture hung at one time!! There is plenty of space and needs a little up keep and updates!
