This 3rd floor condo (w/o elevator) is Pet Friendly* and has an oversized balcony which overlooks a large grassy fenced courtyard containing a lovely pool and hot tub. There are grills and tables available so you can enjoy an outside BBQ.. The condo is a third floor walk-up. There is free assigned parking.
Inside you'll find lovely modern furniture with a 46' flat screen TV and DVD player. Free cable and WiFi are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, bathroom, and small walk- in closet. The second bedroom contains two full size beds. All linens are provided.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable (great beds). It was exactly as advertised in the description and pictures. The beds were great, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking gear we needed. You would not imagine how fantastic it is to have a condo with a washer and dryer on SPI. I ALWAYS look for that amenity when I book now, it is a deal-breaker. Thanks for providing one! Walking to the beach was easy, took a few minutes and we were there. The complex was very quiet the entire stay, and we had nice neighbors in the next door condo. The dog enjoyed the trip as well, there is a doggie relief grassed area a few steps down the walkway with supplied bags for picking up afterward. We did not use the pool but it was always clean and taken care of. We had one question the first night and our call was answered immediately. This is not one of those properties that is there to make a quick buck, this is a well-invested condo and it shows. I would stay here again. I'd recommend setting aside some time to visit Los Tortugos Seafood Market in Port Isabel. You'd miss it driving by, however it is known to locals and has fresh off the boat seafood that was awesome. Pelican Station is great for breakfast tacos. Dinner at Blackbeards' is always a must for our family. And make sure you go and pay your respects to the injured turtles at Sea Turtle Inc on the island. Great trip!

Our stay was fantastic! I'm a runner so having the beach within walking distance is amazing. Great view to enjoy your run!
We stayed here for 4 days this summer and it was amazing. The owner Dan was VERY with everything from resturants, directions and nearby attractions. We walked to to beach from the condo, love the view of the pool from the huge balcony. The washer and dryer in house was a life saver from all the sand we tracked from the beach daily. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Would definitely stay again.
Best vacation in years! Highly recommend this location! Condo was clean and exactly as listed. Location was perfect! Nice pool! Easy access to beach. Dan was helpful, got us checked in early, and provided very thorough information about the island and activities or restaurants that might be of interest. Deposit has already been processed and we just checked out yesterday! My family had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back! Thank you for helping us make some wonderful memories!
We had a fantastic time at this location, I rated the condo at 3 stars simply because the pool was average and the property is older which I knew when I rented the condo. The condo is great, decorated beautifully and comfortable for all. The exception is that is it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. This was hard on my mom with failing knees. The condo and the location are great, near the beach and very nice. Even with this rating I would go back to this condo for another visit!
