This 3rd floor condo (w/o elevator) is Pet Friendly* and has an oversized balcony which overlooks a large grassy fenced courtyard containing a lovely pool and hot tub. There are grills and tables available so you can enjoy an outside BBQ.. The condo is a third floor walk-up. There is free assigned parking.
Inside you'll find lovely modern furniture with a 46' flat screen TV and DVD player. Free cable and WiFi are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, bathroom, and small walk- in closet. The second bedroom contains two full size beds. All linens are provided.

I want to first thank the owner, Dan, for his absolutely outstanding customer service! From the very first part of our booking process Dan was in contact with us. A few days before he was in contact again via email letting us know about things to do and places to see and eat --on and around the island. He phoned us to ensure we had received directions to the condo/island as well as check-in information. He left no question unanswered and made himself available to our family 24-7. He took the stress out of vacation planning. He took the worry away about booking online. The condo was very, very, very clean with a nice view overlooking the pool and a short, short walk to the beach. My family absolutely loved the convenience of all the amenities the island and condo had to offer. We were there throughout the 4th of July week and the other guest in the complex were very quiet and considerate. I also like the fact there was security visible in and around the complex. My family and I felt safe and did not worry about leaving our beach chairs in the back of the truck over night. My family and I will definitely book again with Dan and his lovely condo. I encourage you to do the same, you will certainly have a stress free vacation thanks to Dan and his amazing customer service!! :)

Great relaxing get away!
My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Surfside. Specious rooms, comfortable living space and an awesome balcony. We would definitely look forward to coming back.

Nice place, good location!
We very much enjoyed our stay in Surfside II. The condo is clean, very quiet, and management very responsive to requests. Dan was very nice to work with and is readily available. The few issues we had were attended to promptly. The beach is right across the street and the main drag is 1.5 blocks away. The exterior of the property and maintenance of the pool and hot tub are clean and neat. People are friendly. Would highly recommend this place!
Additional information about rental rates
Except for Children with Parents, all Guests must be at least 21. Call or Email for Monthly rates Sept - Feb. Taxes not required on visits of 30 nights or more. The HOA has set the Pet weight limit at 25 lbs. During March wristband fee of $20/person, applies to ages 13-29, paid upon arrival. We want to be competitive. Let us know if you find a better on a similar Condo/Location/Amenities. Two month minimum during January/February.
