Incredible location! location! location! ZOOM in on the map to see for yourself. One of the few units in town with a door to both Park Avenue and Woodside Avenue!!! This gives you historic Main Street out of the front door and ski into the back door ((practically (from QUIT'N TIME)).

2 incredibly convenient parking spots. One covered spot in front (a perfect main street parking spot) and one in back making unpacking amazingly easy.

Vaulted ceilings and all the comforts you require! Relax and enjoy yourselves in this cozy/fully furnished home. Each bedroom comes with cable TV and a very comfortable Queen-size pillow top bed with high end comfy sheets. The living room has a fantastic leather pull-out sofa along with a HD flat screen.

Ski lockers available for your security and convenience.

Walk out the front door to one of Park City's many wonderful nationally rated restaurants or stay home and cook in the fully furnished kitchen.

Our condo is literally steps away from Main Street and the Park City Town Lift, so a car is not really necessary. You should be on the lift within 5 minutes of walking out the front door. If it takes you 6 minutes your just dilly dallying.

Be on main street within a 2 minute walk, it would take you 5 minutes if you stopped for coffee. Don't want to walk Main? Then take the free trolley up and down the famous street for shopping and nightlife. Access to everything Park city has to offer by using the free city bus (main bus station within 3 minute walk) to Olympic ski jump/bobsled park, Kimball Junction, Tanger Outlet Mall or even Deer Valley.

Kick back and enjoy a book, play games, use our high speed internet, listen to some music, watch television (we have a vhs/dvd player as well), or just watch the snow fall over the town.

It is our pleasure to make your stay a comfortable and informed one. Our goal is to provide the type of service often stated, but rarely delivered these days. NOTE: Please be advised that the condo has two flights of stairs to negotiate in the front of the building to the covered parking garage and a total of five stairs to negotiate at the rear entryway, so it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility problems, the elderly, or small children.

My daughter and I love Park City and we enjoy sharing our place with others. For those new to Park city, we believe you will fall in love with Park City like we have. For those returning to Park City you know what we are talking about, and you will realize what a fantastic location this is.

We are based out of Phoenix and visit Park City often.

We can't think of a better location in town! You will have the best of all worlds! Not only are you close to the snow action (practically ski to back door), but also main street action (steps away). This unit is the perfect distance from Main street that is still QUIET, RELAXING & COZY place that you can call home (even if its temporary).

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy the ability to ski in/ski out via the Town Lift and within minutes walk to all the incredible restaurants, galleries, museums and music venues.

Great location! Super easy to unload and had everything needed for a comfortable time. We walked to the lifts in the morning and skied home. Loved it.

Very nice condo with good location

Nice condo that was located within couple blocks of the town lift. Very nice to be able to get cleaned up after skiing and walk to bars and restaurants in town. This was our first ski trip to Park City, and we very much enjoyed it. One of the nicest details was that there were plugs or extension cords at each of the bedside--in this day when everyone has a phone and ipad to charge.

Family of 4 , we had a great time. We've stayed in many PC condos and were blown away by a) how well stocked everything was from kitchen to games to bedrooms and b) how friendly and nice the owner is. There was a massive storm during our stay which knocked the power out on the entire block for about 12 hours - he sent lots of texts to help us out and it was kind of fun in the end. We're hoping to stay here again.

Our winter stay in Park City- 627 Park Avenue #G

This was the very first out of-state-trip for just my son and I. We loved it! We stopped at the local grocery to stock up on food for our stay, since we both love to cook, and to our surprise, the condo was stocked with every cooking utility needed to prepare a gourmet meal.

Every detail was executed perfectly, even down to the boot warmer in the master bedroom. That definitely came in handy after a long day of playing in the snow. The condo was clean, cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is prime, as we were within walking distance of Main Street. The Park City shuttle runs throughout the day, is free of charge, and picks up/drops off until the late hours of the night. The shuttle is also within walking distance of the condo. I highly recommend this place! We will be back next year!

Location + Comfort

I recently had three guests travel from Australia and want to stay close to Main St. If you have already searched for accommodation of this nature you will know it comes with a hefty price tag. This location was perfect to access Park City Mountain Resort along with historic Main St where all the night life is in Park City. The accommodation is fairly priced for it's great location and has great character that you won't find in a hotel. There was also lots of extras in the cupboards like tea, coffee, cereal and other necessities you might have forgotten. I will be using this condo again for future guests.
