About our stay
I realize there are many insects in the mountains. I don't think however that there should have been roaches crawling on the bathroom counter and kitchen counter. Also little worms coming out of the bathroom drain and a huge worm crawling on my husband's arm in the middle of the night! Lots of cobwebs in the cabin. Will not be staying that high up in the mountains ever again. I do believe that the cleanliness of the cabin could have been better. The cabin itself was nice.
Perfect cabin for our anniversary:)
Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the real fireplace, hot tub, and coziness of the cabin.
Nice Cabin, close to Gatlinburg
The cabin was very nice, well maintained and ample dishes, linens and etc. However,
the master bed was terrible (the reason for only 3 stars). The mattress was so bad it sagged at least 6-8" in the middle. It was so bad we had to sleep in the loft bed the 2nd and 3rd nights.
Really nice place. We love it.

Not what the app show or even close to what we thing

This is why we have a 24/7 on call service department to take care of any unforeseen circumstances that my arrises during a guests stay. We are truly sorry that you had issues during your stay. If you would have let us know about these items during your stay, we could have promptly fixed them for you. Again, thank you for sharing. Basics clean but everything thing else dirty.
The bathroom and kitchen basics were clean but seems like the rest of the house hadn’t been cleaned in years. I paid a cleaning fee. It obviously doesn’t go to cleaners. The loft mattress was disgusting and needs to be replaced. There’s a smell of sewage outside.
