The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, one double with balcony and the other a twin room. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a separate bathroom. There is a modern fully-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, juicer, etc.
The large living/dining room has TV with limited satellite stations, DVD player. The balcony from this area has sea views. It is fully furnished with dining suite, 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), coffee table and sideboard. Ideal for a relaxing holiday by the pool/beach or for the more active who want to avail of the many local sporting activities.

The apartment is within walking distance of the beach and the many fine restaurants in the area.
Rates quoted for the property are per week on an occupancy of up to 4 people (5th/6th person can be accommodated on the sofa bed by prior arrangement). The rates include all bedroom linen and towels.
The apartment is cleaned and towels and bed linen changed in the middle of a two week stay. For a shorter stay cleaning and change of towels and bed linen takes place at the end of your holidays.
Deposit and damage waiver:
There is a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week to secure the booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to stay. There is also a damage waiver of £100 which is refundable on your return (once the apartment has been checked by management).
The changeover day is flexible. Guests can check in after 12 noon on the day of arrival and leave the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure.
