This place is a gem. It's a d-log structure that was both a bookstore and coffee shop in it's past life. We have recently remodeled it back into a two bedroom home with a loft, sleeping a total of six. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed made up with quality linens and blankets. (Including quilts and oversized down comforters from The Company Store!) There is a futon in the loft with a 10' foam mattress that very comfortably sleeps two more. Upstairs you will also find an office nook with a desk and basic supplies. WI-FI is on site to help you stay connected while you're away from home.

The kitchen features new cabinets, a gas range, dishwasher and all of the dishes and cookware you will need to feed your crew. We pride ourselves on a well stocked kitchen and we keep basic oils and spices on hand so that you don't have to buy a cart full of staples in order to cook delicious meals. There is also a large gas grill available for you to use.

The living room is cozy and very relaxing with a leather sectional, the most comfortable rocking chair that you will ever sit in and a flat screen television with cable. The totally remodeled bathroom features a brand new shower stall and a barn wood vanity with a vessel sink.

Through the sun soaked dining room and out the back door you will find the private hot tub, patio furniture, and the gas grill. Enjoying Southwestern Colorado's blue sky days and star filled nights (even from downtown) are a cinch from this tucked in little perch.

Can't forget to mention the two, four boot, Peet boot dryers. You'll think of us warmly when you're starting your day with dry feet and toasty toes!

We bet that you'll fall head over heels for this charming home, just as we have.

About Ohea Graham

We are long time Pagosa Springs residents and are thankful to work, play and live here. Steve has been an electrical contractor for the past 14 years and we have also remodeled and revived several downtown properties in that time. These properties have become Incredible Pagosa Vacation Rentals, which we manage together as well. Our home is just a mile and a half away from the rentals and we are always available to answer questions or handle any situations that may arise. We do our best to ensure that you enjoy Pagosa Springs as much as we do!

Why Ohea Graham chose Southwestern Colorado

The primary reason that we chose this location is that it backs another rental property that we own on N 8th Street. By fixing it up we were improving our neighborhood and by having three rentals adjacent to one another we are able to offer the unique opportunity for friends and families to stay in individual homes, right next door to each other. The three adjacent rentals will sleep up to 14 and we've since added a fourth rental that sleeps 8 just one block away on N 6th Street. We loved this place and would definitely consider staying here again!

This was great a great place for our family of 4. By far the cleanest of any VRBO home we've stayed at. Ohea was easy to work with. Great location, in walking distance to all the local attractions. All of the beds are located upstairs, which you may want to take into consideration is you have toddlers. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. It was very nice to have a full size, newer model washer & dryer. However, the 2 best things about this home would have to be...(1) the rocking chair In the living room (best I've ever found...and I consider myself a conosouir of rocking chairs) and (2) the back deck (complete with a hot tub and chairs for relaxing each evening, a sail shade for blocking the sun and rain, and an incredible view of your beautiful surroundings). Give it a shot...you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Cabin, walk-able to town & has everything you need!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here - it was a very clean & quaint cabin, equipped with everything you need, even down to the coffee filters. Even without A/C, it stays pretty cool in the cabin during the day with the windows shut (and we were there during 90 degree days). The bedrooms also all have ceiling fans. It was nice relaxing on the porch, watching the sunset or in the hot tub having a soak. The only thing I would change about the place is having more comfortable beds. The futon (which the kids slept on) was surprisingly the most comfortable bed in the house, but the queens were a bit firm for mine & my husband's taste. My dad, who was in the other queen, slept fine. We liked that we could walk to town in just a few minutes, and that we could bring our dog to stay with us.
