It's the perfect location for those willing to visit the city and it's surrounding.

5 minutes walk from the Central train Station and the shuttle's bus stop to and from all city's airport (Malpensa, Linate an Bergamo Orio al Serio), so if you are coming or leaving by flight or train you won't need to bother with taxis or public transport. Your home in Milan you will be just a short walk away.

Moreover Line number 1, 2 and 3 of the subway have station within walking distance from the apartment (maximum 700 meters) so any destination you are looking for is easily reachable from the apartment.


Facing away from the main road the apartment is quiet and bright, and has everything you need for, a holiday, business or a shopping weekend with your friends.

The apartment is located at the seventh and top floor (yes, there is an elevator) and consists of one spacious bedroom with queen bed, cupboard, and an armchair, one living room with sofa bed and dining area with TV set DVD player and a little sound system for your I pod, a fully functional, self catered kitchen with dish washer and a bathroom with a large and comfortable shower and washing machine.

Free high speed internet Wi Fi 24/7 is included in the rate and the apartment is AC equipped. At your arrival you will find ironed linen in your bed and towels in the bathroom plus a bottle of water and some basic items for your comfort during your stay.

In the apartment you will find a welcome book with all the info regarding the apartment and the neighborhood plus some useful suggestion for your visit in town like tips on where to go for a your first aperitivo in Milano.

Located just outside the beating heart of Milan's centro storico (Duomo and Teatro alla Scala are 4 stops away with the yellow subway) with its business district and its famous shopping boutique of Montenapoleone (3 stops with the yellow subway) and adjacent to the emerging creative and design districts of Lambrate-Via Ventura and Isola.

Renowned shopping avenues of Corso Como and Corso Buenos Aires are also close by and the neighborhood is lively, with cafes and groceries, and has many restaurants ranging from regional italian trattorie and Pizzeria, to oriental and chinese.

Also nearby is the prestigious jazz club Blue Note offering live events and dining.


From Linate airport shuttles run from 6:00 AM to 23:45 PM and stop in Stazione Centrale (4€/person, around 25 minutes).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment.

From Malpensa airport: shuttles run 24/7 and stop in Stazione Centrale (10€/person, around 45 minutes).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment.

From Orio al serio airport: shuttles run from 04:10 AM to 00:15 AM and stop in Stazione Centrale (5€/person, around 1 hour).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment .

When searching for an apartment in Milan , I was attracted by the area, with its neighbouring districts of "Lambrate-Via Ventura", where a recent industrial past has merged with the fresh energy of creative and design studios and art galleries, and the "Isola-Garibaldi" area, with its nightlife and famous boutiques as well as the developing area of Piazza Gae Aulenti.

Located at the center of the beating heart of the town, and very well connected to the public transport system, it was the perfect choice and it's been getting better ever since. There is an ongoing restoration of the dismissed warehouses, once belonging to the railways, nearby, with shops and activities opening and adding value and life to the neighbourhood.

Intimate and cozy, this is the perfect pied a terre for your visit in town, being it for a short holiday, a shopping week end with friends or coming for a longer stay. Good location. Clean and well equipped

This apartment is conveniently located, 5 minute walk from the Central Railway Station. It is clean and well equipped. The only setback is the noise from the apartment next door.

An apartment that has the potential to offer a much better stay with a little more thought

The apartment was immaculately clean, convenient to Centrale Stazione railway and surprisingly quiet. The host, Tomaso was welcoming and extremely responsive when there were a number of items not initially provided in the apartment, including dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, iron and ironing board. Also when I reported that the sole air conditioner installed in the bedroom was ineffectual in the warm weather, he immediately made contact with repairman, however, this was not rectified during my stay. The electricity to both my apartment and an adjoining one went off one night, Thomaso came straight away to address the matter. I choose to stay in serviced apartments as I like to do my own cooking and washing when travelling. Aside from those items identified earlier, the apartment also lacks a number of other small items that in my opinion are industry standard when offering a serviced apartment such as cooking utensils, baking dishes, oven mit, and wine glasses. And whilst there is a good washing machine, the only way to dry clothes safely is a small rack about the toilet, as the large external clothes line which is seven stories up provides no clothes pegs.

Owner's Response: I am sorry that despite all the efforts we were not able to give Sue a satisfying experience. We always do our best to give our guests the most enjoyable experience, but it seems this time was not enough. Iron and iron board is not provided and it's not included in the amenities list (I can borrow one as I did with the guest). Cooking utensils are provided (except wine glasses, only normal glasses) and the kitchen is ready for use with all appliances perfectly working. The AC needed maintenance (refilling the freon gas) and has already been fixed. Thank you for your comments and suggestions, we will treasure your opinion for the future and keep doing our best to make our guests feel at home. Sincerely Tomaso

An excellent apartment in Milano

Tomaso's apartment was a perfect location for us in Milano. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the train/metro station, which easily connected us to the rest of the city (historical sites, shopping, etc.). There were also nearby grocery stores and food options. The apartment itself was very clean, the bed and pullout couch were comfortable, the bathroom was updated, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tomaso himself was an incredible host. Even before our trip began, his communication was quick and helpful, and during our stay he was accessible to us when we needed additional sheets. When we arrived, he fully explained all of the appliances and provided an informative welcome book with local recommendations. Grazie mille for an excellent stay, Tomaso!

The apartment is located just outside the beating heart of Milan city center with all it's famous fashion boutiques and the business district.It is just 5 minutes walking distance from central train station. Outside the station you find shuttles to and from all major airports that serve the city and the offices of most rental car companies such as Hertz, Budget and Avis. All the three subway lines have stations at walking distance from the apartment. Nearby creative and artistic districts of 'Isola-Garibaldi' and 'Lambrate' provide the perfect location where to enjoy some leisure and a touch of Milan's nightlife.
