It's the perfect location for those willing to visit the city and it's surrounding.

5 minutes walk from the Central train Station and the shuttle's bus stop to and from all city's airport (Malpensa, Linate an Bergamo Orio al Serio), so if you are coming or leaving by flight or train you won't need to bother with taxis or public transport. Your home in Milan you will be just a short walk away.

Moreover Line number 1, 2 and 3 of the subway have station within walking distance from the apartment (maximum 700 meters) so any destination you are looking for is easily reachable from the apartment.


Facing away from the main road the apartment is quiet and bright, and has everything you need for, a holiday, business or a shopping weekend with your friends.

The apartment is located at the seventh and top floor (yes, there is an elevator) and consists of one spacious bedroom with queen bed, cupboard, and an armchair, one living room with sofa bed and dining area with TV set DVD player and a little sound system for your I pod, a fully functional, self catered kitchen with dish washer and a bathroom with a large and comfortable shower and washing machine.

Free high speed internet Wi Fi 24/7 is included in the rate and the apartment is AC equipped. At your arrival you will find ironed linen in your bed and towels in the bathroom plus a bottle of water and some basic items for your comfort during your stay.

In the apartment you will find a welcome book with all the info regarding the apartment and the neighborhood plus some useful suggestion for your visit in town like tips on where to go for a your first aperitivo in Milano.

Moreover if you want to find a bottle of wine at your arrival or want some particular item from the grocery we can provide it at a minimum surcharge. Just let us know.

Located just outside the beating heart of Milan's centro storico (Duomo and Teatro alla Scala are 4 stops away with the yellow subway) with its business district and its famous shopping boutique of Montenapoleone (3 stops with the yellow subway) and adjacent to the emerging creative and design districts of Lambrate-Via Ventura and Isola.

Renowned shopping avenues of Corso Como and Corso Buenos Aires are also close by and the neighborhood is lively, with cafes and groceries, and has many restaurants ranging from regional italian trattorie and Pizzeria, to oriental and chinese.

Also nearby is the prestigious jazz club Blue Note offering live events and dining.


From Linate airport shuttles run from 6:00 AM to 23:45 PM and stop in Stazione Centrale (4€/person, around 25 minutes).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment.

From Malpensa airport: shuttles run 24/7 and stop in Stazione Centrale (10€/person, around 45 minutes).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment.

When searching for an apartment in Milan , I was attracted by the area, with its neighbouring districts of "Lambrate-Via Ventura", where a recent industrial past has merged with the fresh energy of creative and design studios and art galleries, and the "Isola-Garibaldi" area, with its nightlife and famous boutiques as well as the developing area of Piazza Gae Aulenti.

Located at the center of the beating heart of the town, and very well connected to the public transport system, it was the perfect choice and it's been getting better ever since. There is an ongoing restoration of the dismissed warehouses, once belonging to the railways, nearby, with shops and activities opening and adding value and life to the neighbourhood.

The apt. was terribly small, the towels were very thin, and not enough were given to us, and there wasn't any extras such as paper towels, tissues, etc. The location was good though. Just a few blocks from the train station.

Owner's Response: The apartment is 45 sq. meters, as anybody can see reading the description and the pictures of the apartment.It is perfectly suitable for two adults, or for a family of three or four. We are sorry we didn't meet our guests's expectations, and we will do our best to keep our guests satisfied, as we always do.

Near Train Station

This apartment is a 10 minute walk to Central Train Station. You can also catch he subway and buses from here. The Duomo is 4th stop on M3 from there. The apartment is on the top floor. There is a tiny elevator, but it was almost always available.

The apartment was clean and comfortable; the bed especially. There is a tiny balcony where smoking is allowed. The Wi-Fi worked exceptionally well. The owner provides a book with instructions for the recycling bags provided. He also recommends restaurants and nightlife activities.

We were extremely tired when we arrived as this was our last stop from a two week visit to Italy. We found a restaurant a short walk away that was awesome: Rosso Mattone. They have a large menu with very reasonable prices. They had the best pizza we had while in Italy. They are also very quick to offer free options and had a wonderful staff. It was so good, we ate there our last two nights in Italy.

good location near central station and metro. Information about places to eating out was very useful. Very secure - several keys needed to open doors to get into apartment. Enjoyed the stay.

Car: not necessary

The neighborhood is lively with plenty of Bars and restaurant. There's a Cafe down the corner for your morning cappuccino as well as the finest extra thin-extra large pizza in town and restaurants for all the flavors all within one block.You can choose between a famous fish restaurant (the fish market used to be in this area and Milan is the main fish market in Italy), or a Sicilian trattoria, or a restaurant-pizzeria all of them just around the corner and many more, just a short walk away. Groceries and Minimarkets are also close by as well as a Pharmacy and ATM.

The nearby districts of 'Isola' and 'Lambrate' are popular for pubs and restaurant too as well as the renowned Blue note club for live music and dining.

All means of public transport are very easily accessible on foot from the apartment and if you like you can enjoy the city's bike rental network (the town is flat so no need to be a fanatic).

Also the Holocaust memorial is just 150m away from the apartment. It is one of the very few places like this that you can visit in europe also known as Binario 21 (Platform 21). That was the platform where the trains left for the killing concentration camps in Germany, during the second world war. Everything is just as it was and the actual train is there too.

At your arrival you will find a welcome book with all the informations regarding the apartment and the neighborhood.
