What makes this House unique
The house is suitable not only for your vacation lodging but also for small business meetings, conferences and events. The spacious home has a variety of common spaces for guests to enjoy together or privately. Like to cook? We are ready for you. We are truly stocked with what you need to make a great meal. All you need are the raw ingredients. With the added privacy of 5 separate bedrooms each with a queen bed, it is ideal for a couples' weekend. It is also very good for families with kids because of the fenced back yard and play area in the 2nd floor family room. To provide our guests with a variety of sleeping arrangements, we have a queen size sofa bed and a queen size deluxe air mattress in addition to the five queen beds. There is also a futon couch on the 1st floor and a very comfortable chaise like couch (excellent for napping as we can attest!) in the 2nd floor family room. We have endeavored to be both business and family friendly with a combination of the comforts of home and amenities that business travelers need and expect.

Perfect Property for our Group
Perfect for our group of 10. So nice to all have our own bathroom. Great location too. Really enjoyed ourselves.
Every year our family meets in a different location for our family vacation, this year was Nashville and this home was perfect for the 10 of us. It is a wonderful home in a great location to enjoy everything Nashville offers. The owners were great and Larry welcomed us the first day. I highly recommend booking this home if you are going to Nashville!
We visited for my wife’s birthday and we very impressed by the house. Everything was clean and we all enjoyed having our own bathroom connected to our bedrooms. Easy Uber rides to Broadway and restaurants, very nice neighborhood.
The 49rs hit Nashville!
We stayed in this beautiful home with 5 couples....10 people. Everyone loved it. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and plenty of places to find a quiet niche if you want to get away. Larry was wonderful and welcoming. We all had our cars, so we used them when we went to the Grand Old Opry and the river boat. When we wanted to go into town, we took Uber. When you call them, they are there in less than 4 minutes - so make sure everyone is ready. We always got 2 Ubers for our group. We were able to walk to some shops and restaurants as well. About a mile. Turn right where you go out the driveway, and walk to the light where the street appears to end. Turn left, and there are the slopes, etc.
We were all here to celebrate our new decade. Great way to celebrate our birthdays. Loved it..... Thanks Larry for sharing your beautiful home!
49rs from New Smyrna Beach, FL
Nance - You all were awesome! Really, we couldn't possibly hope for a better group of guests. We would absolutely love to host you again sometime.. I would love to meet you in person next time. Larry had such great things to say about his visit with you. For example, the advice on how to fix the garage opener light was a huge help. Meeting people like you is one of the great things about operating a vacation rental. Thanks again.
Amazing Nashville Home!!!!!
We were 5 couples visiting Nashville for the 1st time. We stayed at Larry and Ann's beautiful home. We loved the layout, the ability for everyone to have their own space, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus more. The decor and features were beautiful. A screened in porch gave a nice touch. They truly thought of everything, we felt like we were home. Larry met us the day we arrived gave us so much information we were ready to enjoy Nashville. The location is perfect a 7-10 min Uber ride to downtown or a short walk to 21st Ave where we enjoyed breakfast at Biscuit Love & Pancake Pantry. Kruger supermarket is also close we walked there but Ubered back with all the bags. Larry & Ann have thought of everything from toiletries, condiments, towels, iron, blow dryers the list goes on & on.
I would HIGHLY recommend staying here it was beautiful!!!!!!
Thank you Larry & Ann 😊
Thank you so much for the lovely review. Larry really enjoyed meeting you all. What a jovial bunch. I am so glad to read how much you enjoyed your stay. Please come back and see us soon.
House was nice, owners thought of everything. Plenty of room and decorated nicely. We were there for my son's Vanderbilt graduation. We had a 50 person get together with my son's friends and their parents from 4 to 6 which the owner was made aware. The neighbors complained that we were having guests and called the owner of the house. The owner arrived at the house and after we had talked with the neighbor and assured him it was a small get together and would be finished by 6 p.m. The owner after being alerted found nothing wrong but the neighbor is sure a nuisance.
I have known my neighbors for 12 years now, and they have always been helpful, kind and supportive, so I really need to set the record straight here. This is what really happened. When my husband greeted you, you stated "We are having a few of my son's friends over." That was ok of course. So then as my husband was showing you where the garage door remotes were located, you told him that you would not be parking in the garage. This led him to believe that only a few cars would be in the driveway. So later when I got a call from the neighbor telling me that there was a large and loud party happening and that multiple cars were parked illegally in the bike lane in front of the house, I was extremely alarmed. I was at work and had to drop everything and leave immediately to rush over there. I discovered that yes indeed you were having a large and loud party. The neighbors felt it appropriate to call me because they didn't want to have to put up with the loud party continuing into the night. They figured that I knew nothing about your plan, and they were right. You went to the trouble of getting RSVPs for fifty (50) guests as you have admitted to me in writing, and you did not share that information with us us. In fact, you deliberately misled my husband about your plans. Had you informed us, we could have assured the neighbors that the party would end well before quiet hours. We would have advised you specifically about where guests could park legally, and we could have provided other assistance such as setting up tables, providing more chairs, chafing dishes and so on. Instead of letting us know you would be having your party, you deliberately deceived us and that was not cool at all. Then, when I appeared at the party rather upset, I am sure you were a bit embarrassed. Instead of apologizing to me and my neighbors, you later sent me rude messages via text and VRBO messenger that were insulting to me and my neighbors. Noise complaints from neighbors can cause us to lose our short term rental permit, so you recklessly endangered our livelihood as well. What happened was your fault. You can't blame my neighbors, me, or anyone else.
This neighborhood is one of Nashville's most centrally located and desirable areas. Walk to sporting events at Vanderbilt, Centennial Park and the Parthenon, HIllsboro Village. You can walk to restaurants, grocery stores and a variety of local stores. Bike to Music Row, Belmont, West End, Midtown, 12th South. You are minutes from almost anywhere in Nashville that you would care to go. For high end shopping, head to Green Hills. For outlet shopping, there is Opry Mills. For eclectic local stores & restaurants, visit, Hillsboro Village, Elliston Place, 12th South, Germantown and East Nashville. Nearby hospitals include Vanderbilt,. St. Thomas West, St Thomas Midtown and Centennial. Nearby colleges and universities include Vanderbilt, Belmont and David Lipscomb. Although the house is in a quiet neighborhood, you have quick and easy access to Nashville's network of interstates.
