This beach home offers a charming decor that reflects Sanibel, sun, seclusion and summer... This property is a single standing stilt home with open floor plan featuring cathedral ceilings, and offers you a relaxing retreat to your own tropical hideaway. The open living space includes dining and kitchen area, and has staircase leading up to a loft bedroom. The master bedroom has an adjoining private sitting area. This single family home has it all...privacy, seclusion, screened in porch for early morning coffee, while listening to birds singing, yet with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The white sandy shores of Sanibels famous world renowned shelling beaches on the Gulf of Mexico are only a 3 minute walk. Bring the family, the unit sleeps 8. Guests have access to ground floor storage closet, with assorted beach items available for guest use. The owners also provides 5 adult bicycles and one child, for use on Sanibels miles of paved bike paths. Sea Loft Village is a small complex of only 8 private homes, with tennis courts and pool. Other amenities include: BBQ Grill, Free wireless Internet Access, three New Flat screen TVS, and in-unit Washer/Dryer. Home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your getaway- including beach towels. (Home has been newly retiled throughout and freshly painted.)

Great vacation home for the entire family!

We rented the house for 6 weeks in the summer with many of my siblings using the house over the course of the rental, each bringing their families. Everyone had a fantastic time, enjoying the beach (just a short walk away), the pool, the bikes and the entire island. My favorite part of the house was the screend in porch where I enjoyed my coffee each morning. The house was well equipped and we had an easy time preparing meals when not eating out at some amazing restaurants both Sanibel and Captiva have to offer. The house is conveniently located on the island and a short distance from many of the restaurants, grocery store, state parks, etc. Despite the convenience, the house is secluded and private. We had a lovely time and hope to come back again and again!

The perfect hideaway . . .

This home is an amazing jewel in the heart of the island. A well-appointed and comfortable home, with just a short walk to the beach. Easy access to walking/bike trails and a short drive to shopping and groceries at Jerry's or Bailey's.

Amazingly appointed and perfectly relaxing!

Spent 3 weeks at this amazingly appointed and clean home. Looked just like the pictures. Owner supplied a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs and toys plus 5 bikes! We ran out of propane and the property management had a new tank delivered in 10 minutes, awesome! Sanibel provided us with a perfectly relaxing beach vacation. The island has many excellent restaurants and wildlife adventures if you can pull yourself away from the beach and shelling. Look forward to our return visit next year.

out standing .We loved this place.

We arrived on Sunday the 17th and found the office and our key's and info on the unit with no problem. The layout and amenities were outstanding. From the TV's

to the new king size bed and the lovely screened in sitting room you could not ask for better deal. We really liked the secluded feeling the free standing home has.

Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home on Sanibel

This home exceeded our expectations! It is centrally located and only a few minute walk to the beach via a private access. Pool was empty most of the time. The house was very clean and modern with flat screens in bedrooms. The owner provided beach equipment umbrellas, toys etc.... Also 4 bikes are provided which is a big asset! We used the bikes almost daily to go to DQ for some ice cream a 10 -15 minute bike ride. The house is well supplied for cooking materials, and a bbq.Location was great as it pretty much 5 minute or less drive to most of the restaurants.

Larry was great to deal with and very helpful and informative and followed up after our stay to make sure things were good.

We really enjoyed our time at this home on Sanibel and would rent again when we return!

Great Place and Great Location

Sea Loft Village is quiet, private, and secluded. There is a lovely boardwalk to the beach with easy parking and access to all the amenities. The unit is clean and cozy with all the comforts of home. The screened in porch is our favorite room in the house to enjoy the warm weather when the rest of the country is freezing. We have stayed in this unit for 3 years and look forward to our stay again next winter.
