Located in the trendy North Shore neighborhood, this cozy apartment is perfect for the budget conscious renter who is looking for a place that is close to downtown without paying hotel rates. Close to everything Chattanooga has to offer. It’s a short walk to riverfront restaurants, shops, and attractions and just across from the Walking Bridge to downtown and the Tennessee Aquarium.
There is a gas grill, modern TV's with cable and internet included. A kitchen with all utensils so you can save on food expenses. Large deck with great views of the city.
If you are looking for a clean place with comfortable beds close to the city and ample parking, this is a great choice!
The apartment was clean, affordable, roomy, well- furnished, and comfortable. The owner was helpful and responded quickly. Convenient location- within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Coolidge Park. Great parking as well.
This apartment is an easy walk to everything you want to do in downtown Chattanooga. The North Shore has some cute shops, a terrific park, and really great restaurants (River Street Deli, Taco Mamacitas, and Milk and Honey were are favs).
The apartment was cheaper than any hotel room we could find in the area. Though not luxurious, it was clean and had plenty of space for 3 adults. It was nice that it had it's own parking area.
Notice there is no coffee provided, but there is a Kureg, so bring your own. Also be aware that there are lots of stairs, so good mobility is necessary for any guest.
My partner and I traveled to Chattanooga this past weekend for a wedding. We searched all over the city for a hotel room for the weekend, but everything seemed so expensive for what you end up getting. We wanted a nice, inviting place to stay that wouldn't break the bank.
Alice was a pleasure to work with, giving us a discount on the property for my partner's active-duty military service. The process of reserving and paying for the room was a breeze. Check-in instructions were provided a few weeks ahead of time, and they were clear and concise. There was an issue with the 2nd installment being taken out of my bank account twice, but it was cleared up immediately---great customer service!
My partner and I arrived in Chattanooga earlier than expected, a few hours before the designated check-in time of 4pm. After a quick e-mail exchange, we were notified by Alice that it was totally fine to check-in to the property early. So, so thankful for someone so flexible!
The property itself was easy to find given Alice's directions. There was parking for a few vehicles, but you have to share the space with whoever is occupying the other half of the building. The living room and kitchen were decently-sized, well-furnished, and comfortable. Despite being pretty small in size, the bathroom and 2 bedrooms were both functional and comfortable, as well. Everything was extremely clean, fresh, smelled nice, etc... Nothing either of us were concerned with!
We were a short walk from everything the Northshore had to offer; an extended walk over the pedestrian bridge would lead you to downtown Chattanooga and all of the tourist attractions. If you prefer to drive, everything in the city seemed to be less than 15 minutes away! Shops, restaurants, great coffee, tourist attractions, outdoor activities... Everything was so close!
We got ready to check-out on Sunday morning and made a huge mistake... (It was actually my mistake and not my partner's!) I had misread the check-in e-mail and thought check-out was at 11am; it was actually at 10am. We were halfway through getting ready when the cleaning lady showed up! She was extremely friendly and gracious, offering to put our linens in the laundry and come back a little later. I was completely embarrassed, but she assured us both that it wasn't a problem. Again, a WONDERFUL experience.
I would not hesitate to stay at this property again, and I'll be referring other people, as well!
Our family stayed here for Spring Break. It was our first trip to Chattanooga. Alice was wonderful and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us. It was about a 5 minute walk to the free city shuttle and about a 10 minute walk to the bridge. The drivers of the shuttle were the only tour guide you needed. We visited the Aquarium, the river boat ride, zoo and did a train ride on the way out. We loved the city and everyone in it. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Great place for everyone. We look forward to coming back very soon!!
This apartment was just what we were looking for and just as described. Perfect location for walking or driving around throughout Chattanooga, perfectly comfortable furnishings, and plenty of space for the two of us to spread out. Everything was clean and in working order.
We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the baseball field the first night (one of my favorite things about the city), and sat our on the deck in the mornings and late afternoons, enjoying our "beverage of choice" and views of the city. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Plenty of cooking equipment options-toaster oven, microwave, or range-but there are so many great restaurant options so close by, the you may want to skip that altogether.
I'll be reommending this apartment to family and friends visiting Chattanooga for sure!
