Apartment is on top floor of a three-storey block, with expansive views. Open-plan arrangement of living, dining and kitchen area creates a feeling of space. There is a dining area for six, two comfortable sofas and well-equipped kitchen with all mod cons. Dining/living areas open on to large balcony which runs full length of apartment. Outside table and chairs, large umbrella for shade, four sun loungers and a retractable, remote-controlled awning. Fantastic view of both sea and countryside. Two of the three double bedrooms also open to balcony. Apartment has a 'family' theme. Swimming towels and cot provided. Private swimming pool for exclusive use of all apartments in complex, set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Ideal for families, but would suit any age including the elderly. Accessible by stairs from outside at the back, where there is also plenty of car parking space.
Changeover days are flexible. However it may be necessary to vacate by 10.00am. Incoming group may arrive from 4.00pm onwards. Times may be negotiable with property manager.

Owners are David and Rosanna McCraith, based in UK. We are very keen travellers and we holidayed in Cyprus several times before deciding to invest in property there.
We bought the apartment to enjoy for holidays, and as an investment for the future. Our children were very small when we bought it. They are now teenagers and still love going there. They bring their friends too.

Bought as a new-build in 2003. Investment for future, and very good location. New build means low maintenance. Having bought it, we decided to let it for holidays in order to help us pay for the upkeep of owning a property abroad. Renting it out at affordable rates, as well as helping to cover our costs, also allows people to enjoy a self-catering holiday at excellent value, in a very practical location.
Ideal location, near the beach and all amenities, while also being very close to 3 of the larger hotels. Being on the edge of Limassol, also very easy to get out to the countryside. As Cyprus is a small island, most tourist places are within easy reach of Limassol. Both main airports are less than one hour's drive.
The climate is fantastic, and the vegetation and wildlife very interesting. Cyprus offers both fun - watersports, beach, sea, water parks etc., and culture - Roman ruins, ancient castles, local crafts, to name but a few! All the places where you might want to go, are within an hour's drive.
I stayed in the property with a group of 4 friends during August 2016. Everything was absolutely perfect and beyond expectations. The apartment is simply brilliant - big enough, comfortable, nicely furnished and with all amenities. The balcony is huge (around 538 ft2/50 m2 large), overlooking the sea, the pool and beautiful gardens. The pool is well maintained and just in front of the apartment. Overall, it's not a typical holiday accommodation, but rather a living place with personal touch - which was nice because it felt like being at home, yet on vacation. Speaking of the neighborhood, The BayView Terraces complex itself is not a resort, but a residential development. It's in the upscale area of Limassol, not far from town center. Very close to the well organized and not crowded sandy beach - just across the street, around 5 minutes walk. The area abounds with nice houses, 5 star resorts, restaurants, shops, beach bars. It's well connected to the Limassol downtown and main tourist area by public transportation. There's also a walking trail by the sea, starting just across development (at the beach) and taking you all the way to the city center. The area and the apartment is an excellent choice for both families with small children, couples or group of friends. Limassol itself, being in the middle of south coast, makes an excellent choice for sightseeing the island - which is very diverse and has a lot to offer. Last, but not least, I would like to thank Rosanna and David, who were wonderful hosts and very helpful before and during our stay. We would definitely return and would recommend their place!
The property is huge and well worth the rental price no matter what time of year you stay, the photos just do not do the accommodation justice. The balcony had sun pretty much all day dying our stay, which helped with drying the dive gear and topping up the tan. 5 minute walk from St Raphael Marina where we dived with Marco at Crest watersports, brilliant and friendly group! Driving to the apartment from Larnaca Airport couldn't be simpler and there was plenty of car parking in the grounds once we arrived. Owners are very nice and made the whole rental process very easy, so will definitely be staying with then again!
If eating out, get down to Chesters and tackle their huge portions. The Mongolian pork chop and Lamb Shank is highly recommended.
Well what can I say. We have just returned from a 10 day holiday at this appartment and can only say WOW! The appartment is huge and really well kitted out. The comunal pool is really quiet and we had pretty much the run of it for the ten days we were there.
All in all I can highly recomend satying here as it is fantastic value for money.

Stayed at the apartment while i was in Cyprus for my sisters wedding, the apartment was perfect, so spacious the balcony was huge which was perfect for soaking up the sun.
The other apartments around were quiet so we also had the swimming pool to ourself which was nice. The owner was helpful and there was someone there to greet us when we got to the apartment to give us the dos and donts which was helpful.
Overall it was a great stay at a very good price and i would deffo reccommend this apartment to any1 going out there.
We were very impressed with the location and size of the apartment which was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. Our party consisted of five adults and there was plenty of room. The huge terrace/balcony gave a lovely view of the swimming pool and other apartments which were in a quiet residential complex of which the grounds and pool are kept in immaculate condition.
The local agents and owner were very helpful with information and advice and there is plenty of literature about Cyprus in the apartment. The recommended taxi service was also very reliable.
We made good use of the bus service which runs along the coastal road from one end of Limassol to the other and we found the daily ticket at 2 euros very good value. There is also a weekly ticket available . The local supermarket were also very friendly and helpful and we had an excellent meal at the Terra Mare restaurant within five minutes of the apartment. The beach is also within easy walking distance.
We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family and hope to return again in the future.
Description of apartment was accurate, it was clean, tidy and has plenty of room for 6 adults. Fantastic balcony. Good sized bathrooms/bedrooms. (3rd bedroom bit on the small size but adequate.) Handy helpful noticeboard. Although in a quiet area you are not far from many restaurants/bars and a car is not necessary as there is a regular bus service from across the road which will take you along the main resort road. Buy a 2 euros return ticket getting on and you can hop on and off as much as you like during that day. End of the line is 'My Mall' with designer clothes/coffee shops. There is also a coach service to Fassouri Waterpark for a minimal fee. There is even a bus that goes to Governors Beach, but trips any further would require a car. Any problems at the apartment just call Mary or Wes, very helpful. Grounds and pool kept beautifully. An easy transfer from Larnaca airport, Linda's taxi prompt and reliable... thanks to her we didn't leave our passports in the safe!! One thing I would mention is that people live on the complex and so consideration is definetly required when playing music and socialising in the evening on the balcony. They're quite happy until about midnight! I would certainly recommend this property to friends and family.
Property located in exclusive Parakklesia area, on edge of Limassol. Ideal location from which to explore the countryside, as well as the main town of Limassol. Limassol is famous for its cosmopolitan lifestyle, with many cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the cultural aspects such as the castle, museum, municipal gardens and handicraft centre. The 5* St Raphael Hotel just opposite the complex offers most water sports from the marina. A 10-15 minute drive eastwards will take you to the famous Governor's Beach, a series of several sandy coves, where there is also a good restaurant and children's play equipment. West of Limassol takes you to Fassouri Water Park (30 mins), the Roman theatre and beach at Kurion (30 mins). Easy access to countryside northwards, Vuoni Donkey Sanctuary, Troodos and the mountains. Nicosia, Paphos and Larnaca are all within one hour's drive. From this location you can explore virtually anywhere in any direction.
