Close to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Coors Field, Pepsi Center, and Mike High Stadium and Centennial Airport. Short walk to the RTD light rail station that will also take you to and from the DIA airport. The apartment has three large windows that provide a great view of the front range mountains highlighted by 14,000 foot Mount Evans in the distance. Enjoy this spacious, 1300 sf, second floor apartment that is fully equipped. A king size bed is in the first bedroom, two double beds in the second. There's also a futon in the TV room that I'm told is very comfortable. The apartment is on the second floor with no ADA access. Located on Historic 'Main Street' in downtown Littleton, you have at your doorstep unique shopping, including art galleries, antique shops, boutiques, popular sports bars and restaurants. Restaurants including, The View House, The Melting Pot,The Tavern, Kate's Wine Bar, Merles, Cafe Terracota, Smokin Fins , Jake's, Toast, the famous Olde Town Tavern, and so many more.
For entertainment, Littleton has live theatre and music venues such as Hudson Botanical Gardens. There are many events throughout the year including, Western Welcome Week in August and the Candle lighting Parade the Friday after Thanksgiving. The Buck Recreation center is three short blocks away with pools, saunas, hot tubs, basketball , and workout facilities. Movie theatres and Breckenridge Brewery is a short drive from the apartment.
The Littleton Golf Course and Tennis facility is within walking distance from the apartment. Bike and hiking trails running throughout the Denver area pass in front of the apartment along the Platte River so you are in the middle of all the action. The apartment is situated close to major north / south and east / west corridors, so getting around to other parts of the Denver area is fast and efficient. Light rail is available 2 short blocks from the apartment all the way to the airport.

Rick & Amy Acres have owned the property since 2007. We've lived in Littleton for over 25 years now. It's a special place. Close to Denver, only a short drive to the mountain destinations, and Downtown Littleton has a charm of it's own which we have loved from day one.

Downtown Littleton didn't have short term rental property and I felt there was a need. Since I had the space available I transformed this 2nd floor unit into a cozy 2 bedroom apt. that all my friends have raved about. Hopefully you will enjoy it also.
What makes this Apartment unique
The apartment is central to everything. Located on major north / south /east/ west roads it's easy to get around. The light rail station is also a short walk from the apartment, also the Platte River, South Suburban Golf & Tennis are a three wood and a chip away. Nice and convenient
We liked being downtown but it is right next to a bar so it was a bit load for us. Our kids would have liked it.

Clean and comfortable
Excellent location. Great restaurants just steps from your door. Spacious, clean and lots of natural light from 2 picture windows. Our stay in December afforded us a up close view of downtown Littleton's Christmas Christmas tree from BOTH picture windows, one of which featured a window seat.
Just What We Wanted!
We stayed here 3 nights and were in town for a wedding. The apartment is in a fantastic location with easy walkable access to downtown littleton, and close to the light rail station (probably an 8-minute walk). The apartment was very clean and comfortable and suited 2 couples perfectly (although you could easily fit a 3rd couple or children). There are 2 bedrooms, but a third room has a futon that could comfortably serve as a third bedroom. Although we preferred to use it as the evening game room :) The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware and a dishwasher, which made preparing meals a breeze. The apartment was stocked with lots of books, movies and board games. Honestly anything you could need was there. Extra cots, a pack and play, even a guard rail.
The apartment is surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, shops and even a little winery around the corner. The nearest grocery store is about a mile away, but the General Store on main street has a few basics. There is easy access to the bike and walking path. It was so easy to just park the car and walk and use the light rail when we went into Denver. If I ever stay in Littleton again I would book here in a second.
Rick was also wonderful to deal with. Although we never met, he was very responsive to my messages and accommodating. Can't recommend a place more!

Loved the location and the property was a wonderful size.
Large windows overlook the front range mountains with snow capped Mount Evans (14,000 ft) in the distance providing a great back drop for your morning cup of coffee. The apartment is located on Main St offering a stroll to great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Boutiques, public health clubs, great food and night life. The Melting Pot, The Tavern, Kates Wine Bar, Jakes, The Old Mill, Toast and many more will welcome you to historic downtown Littleton.The Buck Recreation Center is closeby and there's a Health Spa less than a block away. The Platte River is across the street and the Littleton Golf Course and Tennis Facility is within walking distance. RTD light Rail system which travels throughout the City, downtown Denver and sporting event centers is within walking distance. Arapahoe Community College , with all it's facilities is a few blocks away. Hudson Gardens Botanic Gardens and event Center, Chatfield Reservoir, The Littleton Historic Farm are all closeby. The apartment is positioned close to major north/south and east/west corridors, so traveling by car to anywhere in the the sourrounding Cities is surprising quick and efficient.
