Rick & Amy Acres have owned the property since 2007. We've lived in Littleton for over 20 years now. It's a special place. Close to Denver, only a short drive to the mountain destinations, and Downtown Littleton has a charm of it's own which we have loved from day one.
Rick Acres purchased this apartment in 2007
Downtown Littleton didn't have short term rental property and I felt there was a need. Since I had the space available I transformed this 2nd floor unit into a cozy 2 bedroom apt. that all my friends have raved about. Hopefully you will enjoy it also.
The apartment is central to everything. Located on major north / south /east/ west roads it's easy to get around. The light rail station is also a short walk from the apartment, also the Platte River, South Suburban Golf & Tennis are a three wood and a chip away. You have the benefit of a home away from home for the cost of a hotel room. Come and experience it, use the "Book it" feature now.
My family really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was close to everything in Littleton. We loved the convenience to the trail along the platte river because we are all runners. We loved the decor on the walls. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. I really loved the electric fireplace to sit by and get warm after hiking or running. The kitchen is a bit small but it had everything you need to make a dinner or breakfast. It was a plus not to have to go out and buy dish soap, paper towels, napkins etc. and the washer and dryer were a big plus. Rick even supplied the wash detergent and dryer sheets! It was nice to have that extra bathroom for my daughter to get ready in while we showered in the bigger one. Rick was was a pleasure to deal with when we had questions. We would love to come back and stay! Thank you again Rick for your hospitality!
This apartment was as clean as I have ever seen! All the amenities were as posted, comfortable beds, etc. The view out the windows is amazing with the lit Christmas tree, horse drawn buggy and all the lights. You would think the street noise would be distracting but the windows are so good that the activity in the street was not noticeable. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and it just felt like home.
I have only one caution, and that is the shower is on the small size which would be an issue if the renter is a very large person.
I would highy recomend this home, it is a gem!
What a wonderful place! Absolutely spotless when we showed up too. We also found easy communications with Rich and Amy and it was nice to know if we needed something they were just a phone call away. Over the last 15 years we've used several properties on HomeAway.com and this one gets an A+++ from us. We'll be back for sure.
This apartment is in a great location, very nice accommodations, and is quiet. I will keep staying here.
Our family enjoyed our time at Rick's place. The place can be easy to miss first time driving by, but the place itself can be quite a surprise in terms of how the interior looked - It was just the right amount of space for us (7 people) and close to all that Denver had to offer. Everything was clean and Rick was very easy to work with as we communicated all through email. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to many more trips back.
My family of 4 spent a week here and appreciated how clean and roomy the condo was. As has been noted, it's a great location, lots of restaurants and little shops to walk to right out the front steps. Littleton itself was a great middle ground for all the traveling we wanted to do in the Denver area.
The condo was well equipped with linens, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and cooking supplies. There were even books, movies & games to keep us occupied during some down time.
Would highly recommend this property.
