This is a private residence located within the 5 Star Setai Hotel located at 101 20th St. or 2001 Collins Ave. (two entrances). The Setai was created with an Indonesian influence who thrives on personalized service, privacy, tranquility and excellence.

When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in all the wonderful hotel amenities, which include 3 Azure pools, plush chairs on the white sand beaches, Spa, gym, room service and valet. You are treated just like a hotel guest yet you are paying less.


A luxury specialist meets all guests for arrivals and departures.


-- Daily resort fee of $250/day INCLUDED in the advertised rate.

-- Parking is Valet at regular hotel valet rate.

-- The guest is responsible for paying $295 registration fee & final clean fee directly to the hotel.

-- LRMB provides private concierges service for additional desires like a private chef, a private driver or car, a day on the boat, tours or simply just advice on where to go and what to do.

-- If you book online, LRMB will require you to sign the terms & conditions. The agreement will be sent to the email address under which the reservation was made.

-- Travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of total rental cost.

Beautiful apartment but some adjustments to make

The property is exactly as shown on the pictures: very bright, modern and clean.

The master bedroom has an exceptional view on the beach and the sea (located on the 32nd floor). The bed is very soft (too soft to my liking, but it's personal) and the pillows are thick (too thick), the linen not up to the standard (blanket was smaller than bed and dirty).

The master bathroom is amazing, the rainfall shower very relaxing, the electronic toilet a nuisance.

The second bedroom is ok, so is the adjacent shower room.

The kitchen is very well equipped although we did not use it.

The apartment is equipped by a centralized digital smart home system, which works so-so, especially when there is NO WIFI (in which case the various iPads located throughout the apartment are not connected and you have to monitor everything from the main panel).

We had NO INTERNET during the 6 days we spent there (and no TV but we did not care) - we did care about internet though! We contacted our liaison guy 3 times, but he could not care less, never followed up or solved the issue. We decided not to spoil our stay running after him, but this is not up to the standard expected when you pay this type of $. We had to go down to the lobby to connect to the Setai wifi which you cannot access from the apartment (really not ideal when you have to work).

You can access all the hotel premises like any other hotel guest.

The pool area is lovely, kids can access 1 of the 3 pools (the heated one). The beach is top. The spa is amazing.

Service throughout the Setai is simply exceptional (just avoid staying there on Saturdays has it gets over-crowded and the poor staff is overwhelmed).

Breakfast at the Setai is perfect. Lunch at the pool grill is mediocre (worth walking to the Dutch at W) and dinner at Jaya average.

Owner's Response: Hello Pascale, While we are glad that you found the apartment to be the same as in the photos you saw, we are disappointed to hear about the unfortunate events you encountered during your stay. Regarding the bedding and linens, we apologize for the oversight. The Setai Hotel is the party responsible for cleaning the unit as well as equipping the unit with the linens. Although we manage and rent private residences within the hotel, the Setai has a strict policy that does not allow us to provide our own linens or our own housekeeping. All housekeeping and linen issues must be directed to the Setai for resolution, this should have been explained upon arrival in the event something such as your experience were to occur. We also deeply regret that you were without internet for the duration of your stay. As individuals who frequent hotels and vacation rentals around the world ourselves, we understand the frustration that this can cause and we sincerely apologize. I would like to mention that the issues with the internet originated from the cable company that provides service to the unit. We did follow up with the cable company the day the issue was reported, and our records show that Andre, the guest services agent whom acted as your liaison during your stay did, in fact, follow up with you and came to your unit the next day upon your report that the internet was still not functioning. I believe there may have been a little miscommunication here, as another guest in your party told him not to worry about the internet as your party had switched over to the Setai's internet. Perhaps you were unaware of this encounter, causing it to appear that he did not follow up. Our aim is to instill complete confidence in all guests when booking with us--that being said, we are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay otherwise, and that the views and the facilities were to your level of satisfaction. What an incredible stay!

I have stayed in The Setai many times and I must say this was by far my best experience. Luxury Rentals worked with me during the whole process and even personally checked me in at arrival. Their staff was nice, courteous, professional and best of all my property manager Javier was actually quite funny. I will forever be a customer of theirs and look forward to my next stay!

Awesome Property

very nice and luxe property with beautiful view over ocean and to downtown Miami. We can recommend everyone to go for a rental of this property.

If we still have to mention a minus is that there is only one large pan in the kitchen. Less important as there are many restaurants in the area :)

We will certainly come back if we are in this area again.

amazingly Beautiful!

This unit was stunning! from the beautiful white marble floor and beautifully laid out kitchen and bath Room. The unit has an amazing crestron Surround sound system, fully automated shades and blinds. To wake up with a view of the beach is very relaxing. To top it off the staff at Luxury Rentals Miami Beach are always there to assist and make the stay so much better. I would highly recommend this unit!
