Located within the quiet prestigious Citrus Country Club in the heart of La Quinta, this an absolutely lovely Santa Barbara style red tiled roof home which is well maintained and rented on a very limited basis annually. Home does not show the wear of a rental. Two master bedrooms in the main house and one master bedroom in the guest house. A private outdoor courtyard with wood burning fireplace is the centerpiece of the house with french door access from the main house, kitchen, second master bedroom, guest house and formal dining room. All bedrooms have flat panel televisions. Step down bar with golf course view. Master bathroom has shower and jacuzzi tub. Kitchen is fully appointed. Two car garage. Designer appointed inside and out.
Cathedral ceilings with custom ceiling fans throughout, stone waterfall over the interior fireplace, Italian tile floors and custom carpeting, custom window shades, french doors, large laundry room and a back yard gas bbq. Includes a brand new massage table. Bring a masseuse! Property has grapefruit, lime and lemon trees and community has abundant citrus trees for the picking. Within this community are many walking paths and bike paths and a lake/park with waterfalls right across the street. Humming birds come with the house.
Very quiet and serene neighborhood. Local golf includes La Quinta's only public golf course; Silver Rock Golf Resort located right across the street with six (6) sets of tees. The famous PGA Stadium course is right up the street.
Very easy access to grocery stores and restaurants without leaving La Quinta proper.
This is a high end home and rates are as listed and non-negotiable.

Unexpected business travel brought me to the area for 2 months. Yes the height of the summer and triple digit temps. Upon arrival, I found this place last minute. Wow, pristine! far better than the photos. Akin to the finest boutique hotel. And far better than any hotel in the area. Beautiful furnishings. First class operation. What a find! Thanks to the owners for making my complicated/stressful impromptu stay a wonderful experience.
This home is better than the photos! Great custom furnishings and amenities. Quiet location. The fridge and bar were even stocked with my favorite beverages And a complimentary round of golf was arranged. How does this happen? Beds have great comfy bedding and linens. We had fun playing the piano and practicing our putting and chipping on the practice facility. Only thing missing was room service. We are arranging to stay here again. Friendly, fun and responsive owner.
23 miles east of Palm Springs, close to major shopping, dining, world class golf courses, Indian Wells Tennis Center, polo grounds, date farms, citrus groves, numerous casinos, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and the famous Palm Springs Film Festival. Home is in a quiet gated community on the 8th green of a Pete Dye golf course. Silver Rock Golf Resort immediately across the street.
