After a successful 4 years renting we have just refurbished this apartment upgrading its style and comfort for a truly unique experience. A new colour scheme and additional antique furnishings combine romantic charm with sleek modern touches. High ceilings, chandeliers, original parquet floors, french doors and large windows, blend with tasteful décor and original design, to give this self-catering apartment a charm all of its own. We offer a great deal of flexibility for large or small numbers. Each of the 4 large bedrooms have double or single beds. All the bedrooms also have completely separate entrances. There is a large living room with flat screen TV, DVD and satellite, a sofa bed, (seatst 6 ), a spacious hall with a dining table (seating for 10) a brand-new kitchen with oven, hob and all kitchen appliances, a kitchen table and chairs, separate toilet (1 sink ) and modern bathroom ( 2 sinks). This city centre apartment is not only comfortable, but has the character to match the romance and magic of Prague, one of Europe’s most captivating capitals

About Ilan & Veronika Morris + UK contact

My wife and I currently own and manage a total of six Prague apartments. We bought our first Prague apartment in 2004 and since then we have made a further two purchases. We started focussing on short-term rentals in 2008 after renovating our first apartment (97558).

We also sublease two apartments in lessor town and view leasing as an important way to expand our business. It enables us to focus on the most prime locations in the city that boast spectacular and unique views of some of Prague’s most iconic attractions.

My wife has 10 years experience in high-level hotel management and this has proved invaluable in professionalizing our business. All our apartments are renovated and/or decorated with a boutique style using authentic, antique and vintage furnishings collected and added by my wife.

We take great time and care acquiring our furnishings in an effort to create a unique and original experience for our customers. We feel it is important to differentiate ourselves from the ‘four walls and Ikea furniture’, which is standard in many holiday lettings apartments in Prague.

We prefer to focus on a lower number of apartments so that we can maintain and develop each of them with an attention to detail true to our boutique style and principles of quality over quantity. Our apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest level and our improvements in both comfort and decor are ongoing.

Since we started in 2008 we now have six apartments. Since then, we have acquired almost 460 reviews across three channels. This includes 290 5 star reviews on HomeAway and 70 reviews avg. 5 stars and ‘super host status’ 90% 5 stars from 100 reviews on two other major channels. We feel this is testament to our hard work and enthusiasm for what we do.

In future we would like to expand our portfolio. We are particularly excited about combining the two sectors of tourism and property development, as well as continuing to build on the foundations of a successful family.

we have just come back from our visit to prague. This was a excellent apartment that catered for all our needs. the location was ideal for all the sights and the transport routes were on hand if required. the local area also had bars which provided food at a reasonable price. We were well informed regarding local and city sights and found it a great help. we will be visiting again and would not hesitate to use these apartments again.

Perfect stay in Prague in a beautiful appartment

We had a beautiful stay in Prague in a wonderful apartment. We are a family with two kids and the grandpa joined us. Veronika & Ilan have taken care of us very well after we booked the appartment. It was great! Thank you! They organized a parking garage for our car also. The appartment was very clean and it looks like the photos. The location of the appartment is in a very nice area with cafes and restaurants around. We would recommend this appartment and will definitely come back :)

Beautiful apt. with ambiance

This was a wonderful apartment for our 5-night stay in Prague. My husband and I were traveling with our 3 teenagers. The size, cleanliness, and location of this apartment were perfect! We had plenty of room to easily "spread out" and be comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well equipped, and a grocery store is located just around the corner. As a result, we ate breakfast here every morning, as well as a few lunches. Though this apartment is located about a 15-20 minute walk from Old Town, we actually ended up liking its location very much. We could easily jump the 22 tram to get to the sights, but we were also able to eat and interact with some of the locals and away from the crowds of tourists. In fact, my 17-year-old boys spent one whole afternoon exploring the multitude of antique shops in our area. They found some great treasures. We were a little worried when we left Rome because we had rented this apartment and it doesn't have air conditioning. (Our stay in Europe was during a 150-year heatwave.) However, unlike our apartment in Rome that was equipped with air conditioning in two of its rooms, we were never hot or uncomfortable in this Prague apartment despite the unusual 95 degree temperatures. Each room has its own fan, the location allows for windows to be left open day and night, and the apartment had wonderful natural ventilation as a result. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Fab apartment

Beautiful apartment,clean and had everything you could possibly ask for.Great location.The only fault we found with it is perhaps that there is only one loo.Not ideal for 12 shearing.

Charming property ideal for a large group

This apartment was good value and decorated very tastefully. We were a group of 6 girls who had ample room. We had a small problem with the iron on day one, which was replaced by the time we arrived home in the evening. The only downside for us was the low ambient lighting, whilst it was pleasant, as a group of six girls it made it difficult to get ready in the evening as the only place with good lighting was the bathroom. Perhaps some additional dressing tables with brighter lighting might help. The wifi was slow at times and we had to reboot the router a few times. However, I would certainly stay in this property again if I was ever to visit Prague and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property to anyone. The property is close to several restaurants, the tram system and a Tesco supermarket.

Lovely stay in the center of Prague

We stayed in Prague for a wonderful event - the wedding of our children. Accommodation in this apartment was very successful: 4 separate bedrooms, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen. Near the apartment was supermaket , metro stop, tram stop. Leisurely pace to the Vaclav square can be reached in 5 minutes .

Veronica and Ilan were very hospitable : we have been given all the information about the apartment , Prague , on places of interest , provided assistance in booking an airport transfer .

I often travel with a big company and I look forward to staying in this apartment next time.

This Prague apartment is located just 100 metres from Wenceslas square, the National Museum and Opera House. From here it is a short walk to Old Town, the historical centre of the city, where you will find the astronomical clock. Close to here is the Charles Bridge and Mala Strana. The apartment is less than a minutes walk from three central metro and tram stations, Museum, IP Pavlova and Nam Miru, which take you to all parts of the city. Tesco supermarket is also a minute away by foot. This beautiful Prague apartment is located in the prestigious residential neighbourhood of Vinohrady, where you will find many of the city's best bars, restaurants and clubs. A short walk away is Prague's most beautiful park, Riegrovy Sady, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the city and castle while escaping the crowds. From here, it is a short stroll to the city's largest open beer garden where you can drink, chat, watch a sports game, listen to music, or just soak up the atmosphere.

Parking can be arranged in paid-for secure parking lots near the apartment. The price is 12 euro a night. Taxi transportation can be arranged also with our friendly and reliable taxi company, who will pick you up directly from the airport and take you to the apartment. Groups of up to 4 cost 25 Euros, groups of up to 8 cost 35 Euros (minivan). Our drivers all speak English and are friendly and will be able to give you advice bout Prague during your journey. The Owner/ representative will then meet you at the apartment to provide you with further information about your stay and the city.
