Purchased originally as strictly a rental property, our family's love affair with San Francisco has blossomed over the years. We currently reside in beautiful and rural wine country, and every so often we feel the need for the active city life. That's when we head to San Francisco for our "city away from the country" home!! San Francisco is a fabulous playground, and our building is centrally located and the perfect place from which to explore the "City by the Bay" and all that it has to offer. We are sure you will enjoy our home and the city!

Ideally located near the excellent restaurants/shops of Cole Valley, and the historic Haight Ashbury area, these make for great shopping and eating experiences. Walking distance to Golden Gate Park, Buena Vista Park, the newly constructed California Academy of Sciences, De-Young Museum, Conservatory of Flowers, and Japanese Tea Gardens. Public Transportation is abundant in this area (N Judah Train takes you to Union Square or the Embarcadero) and the Bus system will take you anywhere in the city you want to go.
Bus access is one block away, Muni access is available three blocks away. Buena Vista Park is one- block away and is perfect for a quick after dinner hike and unbelievable panoramic views of Downtown San Francisco and the Bay. The two public tennis courts located in the B.V. park are seldom used and await your challenge!
A co-worker and I rented this place while in town to work out of our San Francisco office. The apartment was easy to find and on a nice quiet street. The place was exactly what was expected from the listing. Quick walk to the bus made it super easy to get back downtown. Will definitely consider renting again.
We rented this house for the weekend of my daughter's wedding. It is in a GREAT location and an awesome house. Five of us stayed extremely comfortably. There is a great little coffee breakfast shop around the corner named Bacon Bacon, also a little grocery store. We had an awesome weekend and would look forward to renting this house again!!!
