36 (flat 4) - 3rd floor flat

Flat 4 has just been repainted and updated (Spring 2016), it’s our gorgeous penthouse apartment. It can sleep up to 6 people. The flat is 50 square metres approximately and has a Jacuzzi bath, fully equipped designer kitchen with all the same mod-cons as flats 2 + 3 with washing machine, drying machine along with the addition of having a dish washing machine. The flat is located on the third floor; it has double glazing throughout so is very quiet. It has one main bathroom, with double beds in each of the 2 bedrooms along with 2 new sofas (bought March 2016) in the large open plan kitchen / dining room – that can both convert into large single beds which can each accommodate 1 person (x2).

All the flats are in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. The apartments are located in Central London moments from King's Cross and the Eurostar hub at St. Pancras, with many restaurants, bars and cafés on our doorstep including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the International station), canal side strolls, and easy access to seeing all the sights.

Flat 34 & Flat 36 (1,2,3 and 4) have been renovated and freshly repainted in 2016. All the apartments have a equipped kitchen, a real bathroom and confortable beds.

NB All the apartments are non-smoking; there is no disabled access and no elevator.

NB The apartment comes with linen towels and bedding: The Wi-Fi, central heating, electricity and water costs are included within the price quoted.

We can provide a high-chair, travel cot and bedding if required.

NB The cleaning Fee (50£) is by week and not by journey.

Great family apartment

We stayed in Flat 4 and we were a family of 2 adults and 3 children. There were two double beds in two separate rooms and also 2 sofa beds in the living room. There was loads of room for the family.

The apartment was very clean and very well presented. The kitchen was fully equipped.

It was only a 3/4 min walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras train and Tube stations. Trains from Gatwick airport all serve St. Pancras station and the whole city can be accessed from the Tube stations.

It was very easy to collect the key from a secure box at the property. The owner was very diligent in sending us messages to make sure that everything was ok for us.

I would highly recommend this property.

Great Flat, Perfect Location!

My family stayed in London for just over a week in early August. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and as described by Debbie. The bedrooms were well suited to our family of 4 and we appreciated the convenience of having both a dishwasher and a washer and dryer for laundry.

The location couldn't be better! A very short walk for groceries at the nearby Tesco and less than 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross and St. Pancras stations. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to get to the flat on the fourth floor. This was only a problem for us when arriving with our luggage, but anyone with knee or mobility issues would probably prefer a lower floor. The wifi was not consistent, but seemed to work best in the master bedroom.

Overall, we loved the flat and would definitely book with Debbie again if we come back to London!

As a big family group, we booked 3 of those apartments in the same building. The oldest ones (85+) were staying on the ground floor. Everybody enjoyed the place, the decoration, the cleanliness, the welcome. We found all what we needed for. The smallest apartment we had on the 4th floor (36-4) is a jewel: modern, bright, colorful, with a bit of view... The 36-1 made the joy of the elderly with the back room having a bright patio and the front room its own shower. The 34 apartment has the largest kitchen/living room and we were able to host a large group of people for the pre-wedding celebration. Debbie's husband welcomed part of the group and did a great job introducing the place to my husband. Debbie was on the watch to make sure everything we needed was there. The 3 apartments are perfectly well maintained, well decorated, well equipped. The location is fantastic. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away and the entire city is easily accessible as King's Cross St Pancras is at 10 minutes walk. We felt home from beginning to end. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Debbie!

Comfortable 2 BR flat close to Kings Cross

Our family had a lovely time in the third floor 2 BR flat. It was nice to have a comfortable flat after a long day touring London. Debby provided many helpful hints prior to our arrival and answered our questions promptly. A text message with the access information was waiting for us after we landed. The listing and pictures accurately described the property. Location was great - not far from King's Cross station.

The property was clean and the dishes and pans were clean as well. All of the appliances were in working order. Plenty of pillows and linens for the sofa bed. My son was comfortable on the sofa bed - I think he appreciated the door on the living area to give him some privacy.

Stairs are narrow, and it is a bit of climb after a long day of touring, but flat was quiet and we really didn't hear street noise. A couple of minor quibbles - Wifi signal could be weak at times, but we never lost the signal completely. Would have appreciated an extra towel or two.

Overall we were very pleased with our choice and would definitely consider renting one of Debbie's flat next time we are in London.

Great flat

We lived in apartment nr. 4. IT was just repaired. The new sofas in livingroom was very comfortable for sleeping.

We had everything we needed. Apartment was small but there's plenty of room for all of us.

The location is good, few minutes walk to tube station.

We had a perfect time in central London and we will back . Thank You Debbie !

KINGS CROSS IS A UNIQUE AND MAJOR TRANSPORT HUB IN CENTRAL LONDON for national and International travel (there’s six subway lines and buses}. Easy access to all stations and the apartment is 1 hour away to all major London airports. The apartment is close to Islington/shops. The City of London, West End and all Zone 1 destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground.
