Flat 34 (maisonette)

34 Northdown Street, has just been renovated and is our sweet secure modernised maisonette on the ground floor and garden levels and is part of a Victorian terrace.

It is 60sq/m and can sleep up to 6 people. It has a newly fitted main bathroom (June 2016) which has a bath tub and shower along with an en-suite bathroom with another shower (to the master bedroom) with a 4ft6 wide double bed in the master bedroom and 4ft wide bed in the 2nd bedroom which leads onto the small patio which has a bistro table and 2 chairs. It has 2 sofas in the large open plan kitchen / dining room – that can both convert into large single beds which can each accommodate 1 person (x2). It has a fully equipped designer kitchen with a washing machine, drying machine along with the addition of having a dish washing machine along with having a TV/DVD. Wi-Fi, electricity and water costs are included within this price.

All the flats are in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. The apartments are located in Central London moments from King's Cross and the Eurostar hub at St. Pancras, with many restaurants, bars and cafés on our doorstep including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the International station), canal side strolls, and easy access to seeing all the sights.

Flat 34 & Flat 36 (1,2,3 and 4) have been renovated and freshly repainted in 2016. All the apartments have a equipped kitchen, a real bathroom and confortable beds.

Great apartment at a great location

We came in 2 couples for holiday. Comparing to hotel, this is definitely much cheaper. This apartment is located less than 10min walk from King's Cross station. Surrounded with restaurants, super mart and fast food.

About the apartment, I can't find any fault. Everything you need is in the apartment. Check in procedure was clear and smooth.

Landlord was helpful and responsive to all the questions asked.

As our arrival and departure time were a little odd, landlord was flexible and making necessary arrangement.

I will stay here again if I were to come to London again.

Great location!

Two couples stayed for a week in this very well located apartment. The bedrooms were adequate and the beds were comfortable. Nice bed linens.The kitchen was very small and had everything we needed. The flat overall is tired and would benefit from new carpets. It was a 10 minute walk to Kings Cross which made it a very easy spot to travel to and from any part of the city. The flat is across from a very noisy pub that is open well into the night.

Flat 3 is a lovely apartment, it was repainted Spring 2016 and is sound proofed and has double glazing throughout, so outside noise shouldn't normally be a problem. The sofa covers have just been replaced, and the carpets in all our apartments were steam cleaned this month (10/11/16). We have a rolling refurbishment programme as client satisfaction is always at the front of our minds. We'd be delighted to welcome you to London on another occasion.

Rentals in York and London U.K.

This was our first experience with VRBO.

Both places were as good or better as advertised and suited our needs very well. The location was perfect, Both places were clean and well-equipped. We were a little apprehensive about getting into the rentals since we had never used the key-safes before, but once we got there we did not have any problems. We are already taling about our next vacation and will certainly use VRBO once again.

The flat’s ideally located in the heart of London, 5 minutes walk away from Kings Cross/St Pancras stations (Eurostar).

KINGS CROSS IS A UNIQUE AND MAJOR TRANSPORT HUB IN CENTRAL LONDON for national and International travel (there’s six subway lines and buses}. Easy access to all stations and the apartment is 1 hour away to all major London airports. The apartment is close to Islington/shops. The City of London, West End and all Zone 1 destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground.

It’s 5 minutes to the British Library / Museum. 10 Mins to the City and London's West End with its fabulous shopping on Oxford St & Regent St, theatres, art galleries and landmarks-Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben. 10 minutes to Covent Garden with its street theatre, opera house and shopping Piazza. 10 minutes to The City of London, with its famous buildings incl.
