About Zulie & Carmen
We are New Yorkers who own 2 vacation rentals: we absolutely LOVE our Sand Dollar Townhome in Provincetown, Massachusetts and our Sand Castle Villa in Rincon, Puerto Rico!
Zulie & Carmen purchased this Townhome in 2014
Why Zulie & Carmen chose Provincetown
We always loved Provincetown because there is so much to do and see. This townhouse was just perfect for us because it sleeps 4 comfortably, it has a nice yard to enjoy in the warmer months and the wood burning stove is amazing for the chilly weather.
What makes this Townhome unique
We just opened up the main floor plan with the new kitchen renovation. The bedroom loft upstairs has it's own bathroom and the downstairs bedroom also has it's own full bath. It's a very easy to share space because there are 3 levels. It has a large private back yard deck, on a quiet residential street conveniently located to everything Provincetown has to offer. We also have 1parking spots. A perfect vacation rental for a family or group of friends.

Great little townhouse
Walking distance to main street with great restaurants and bars. Lots of nice linens, towels, etc. Fully outfitted kitchen. Be prepared to lug luggage up steps. Other than that...perfect.
A wonderful and centrally located home in Provincetown
Our experience at the Sand Dollar Townhome was a delight. Situated just two blocks behind Commercial Street, it provided easy access to all of the wonderful offerings that Provincetown has available for visitors. The home is well appointed with everything you need for a small group including two comfortable bedrooms, outdoor space, and a fully stocked kitchen for any cooks.
Zulima & Carmen were also a pleasure. They were prompt in the booking process and a great resource in providing details around both the town and the property itself.
We look forward to a future stay at the Sand Dollar and recommend to others searching for a comfortable respite in the heart of PTown.
Perfect home for our Week in Prown
Beautiful home! Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, baths, deck, LR, etc. Having Wifi was wonderful. When we weren't in town, we enjoyed relaxing on the backyard deck.
Worth every Dollar !
The description of the accommodations from Home Away was spot on. Modern, clean and bright townhouse. Full two bedroom and two bathroom with an nice kitchen. Grill and outdoor patio were pleasant and an added bonus. The hosts made sure we were prepped for the beach with towels, chairs and umbrellas. Located in a quiet residential area that is a five-minute walk to the Commercial Street shopping and gallery district in the East End. A great experience overall.
Very nice property!
We stayed for one week. At first I was nervous as this was part of a small condo development. But, we settled in nicely and the fact it was not a single standing home did not matter. The unit is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. One of our traditions in Provincetown is to have a lobster boil. I asked whether there was a lobster pot, but there was not. However, owner went out right away to purchase one and so we were able to have our lobster boil. I call that outstanding care for guests!!!!! The unit is in good walking distance of most of Provincetown. Very nice place and very nice owners.
We could not have found a more perfect place to stay! The condo is immaculate, comfortable and cozy. The split level was perfect for my husband and I and my elderly aunt. It has everything from a coffee maker to extra sheets and towels. The owners are just a phone call away to answer any questions (i.e. if you get lost). If we could give more than 5 stars we would!
Provincetown is famous for it's natural beauty, rich history, art galleries, great dining, shopping and entertainment for it's diverse visitors. All activities are within walking distance: beaches, biking, eating, shopping, browsing, shows and parties!! All lifestyles welcome LGBTQ, singles, families etc.
