Ski Season Rates for this beautiful condo are:
Xmas, New Years, Martin Luther King & Presidents Weekends - $2100 (up to 4 nights) or $2500 for the week.
Mountain Jam concert or Taste of Country 2016 - $2750 up to 4 nights +$1000 security
All other weekends are $1700 up to 3 nights, $1900 up for 4 nights or $2100 for the week
Midweek rates are from $250(3+nights) to $350(1 night) per night.

Summer Season rates are:
$6000 - July& August
Mountain Jam Weekend or Taste of Country (the weekend after Memorial day) $2750 for up to 4 nights or $2600 for the week.
All other nightly Summer rates are $250 -$400 per night.

My family & I have been skiing at Hunter since 1992 and we have had many many wonderful vacations here. It truly is a great location on the mountain.

This place is a larger than most in the Hunter Highlands, and sleeps 10 very comfortably.
It was 7 of us, including two 6-year old children (2 families). Everyone was very comfortable and no one had to sleep on the two large sofas downstairs. We found the property as described. It was very cozy and roomy at the same time. There was a "dressing" area for skis and skiers inside near the front. Smart! Rustic design provided additional charm. The 2nd floor consisted of 2 master bedrooms and 3rd bedroom with the double-bunk bed, but only 1 bathroom (full). The 3rd level was a loft with 2 children's beds overlooking the 3rd bedroom. Kids had lots of fun running up and down and playing in what they dubbed their "play room" (the loft with the 2 beds mentioned earlier). The rooms looked great! The 2nd bathroom (full) was on the 1st level near the entrance. Kitchen and dining room (good for about 10 people) exited out to the wooden deck that wrapped around the front of the house. Unfortunately the view from the deck/living room was of the parking lot, not the mountain, but it was not a big deal since we spent our time out on the slopes. The house is located near the "green" trail and we did not have to drive to ski. The only time we drove was to drop off our children to the learning center as it would take us a lot more effort to ski and then walk there. There was no dishwasher, but we managed. The fireplace worked well and we enjoyed our evenings looking at fire. We didn't care much for TV. We expected to find a large grill outside, but it did not exist. Perhaps we didn't read the description well. The owner was nice enough to provide us with a small table-top charcoal grill on short notice, and we made some steaks out on the deck! We wished there were more bathrooms though; at least 2 on the bedroom level. 2 bathrooms worked well for us, but it wouldn't be enough if we had more people. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back! The owner, Mary, was very attentive and responded quickly to all our inquiries. Thank you, Mary!

This was our first time staying at this beautiful condo. The condo is exceptionally clean and the decore is wonderfully fun. Everything you need for cooking or for just having that glass of wine is in the kitchen. Fully stocked, pans, glasses, crock pot and utensils. You just have to bring your food and beverage of choice. I brought up a frozen pan of lasagna and we had it for two nights. Easy full meal. The location is ideal for families with children. The teenagers wake up early and can go skiing or boarding on their own. It is a 2 minute walk and your right on the trail! Mary, the owner is a true professional. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best time at Hunter. I can't wait to go again! Your the best Mary! Thank You!
so convenient to the slopes. it was really snowing when we were there and the roads leading up to condo were taken care of well, which was nice. the condo is clean and most importantly really warm! mary the owner is a pleasure to work with and is prompt with emails and deposits. will be back.
This was our second year staying at this condo. We had such a good time last year we had to come back. The condo is well appointed and has all the necessities and more. The crock pot was great to have. Put the meat in in the morning and a delicious meal was ready when we finished skiing; no fuss, no mess. There were 2 families, 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 kids, and there was plenty of room. The condo was clean and welcoming. It is truly a ski in/out this trip since we were blessed with a fresh foot of snow the day day before we arrived. We skied back right to the door! The kids are already talking about next year's trip. We recently rented Mary's home for a long weekend with several young children and could not have asked for a better experience. The home was beautiful and clean with a great location right next to the mountain. We will definitely look to rent this home again.
This condo is trailside on Hunter Mountain. It is a true ski in out unit & is super clean with many extras throughout. Its location is at the top of the H lift & it is the 2nd highest building in the Hunter Highlands Condos. You are sure to have a great time if you stay here!
