Contemporary home with all modern conveniences offered as an furnished rental. All 3 1/2 bathrooms were recently upgraded with glass tile and European touches.
The home has a water filtration system that also softens the water (better for your skin). Drinking water is also filtered with a triple reverse osmosis system.
Great place to stay. Easy access to the MARTA. Easy and smooth to work with the owner.
The house is very nice. Whereas there is an exceptionally large rear projection TV, the picture is barely visible during the day due to the large amount of light in the room. After dark, the TV works flawlessly. The master bedroom is advertised as having a waterfall and jet tub. When we got there, we were told that the jet tub was not working. When we turned on the waterfall, it was out of water, and did not work. We took the liberty of filling the reserve with water, and cleaning the glass so the water flowed as described. In addition, we were really looking forward to the hot tub. I brought this to the owner's attention saying, in part, "we are asking that you refund part of the money we have paid for our stay. I am sure the refund amount you offer will be fair and just." In response to this, the owner said, "I realize the jets in the tub is not working and is an inconvenience to you however, it still can be used as a tub. I don't advertise the jet tub to be a standout feature among all of the others." He continued to offer $100 off a future booking of one of his properties. I then tried to explain to the owner that he does consider this to be a stand out feature because he, "mention(s) it in the description of the house, in the description of the master bath, and have a picture of the hot tub and waterfall with a description to read, "Master Bath - 14 Jet Tub with Waterfall and Double Vanities." I then thanked the owner for his generous offer, and asked that he apply that to the current rental, instead of a future rental. the owner then wrote, "Let not get into semantics, I obviously will provide as descriptive a description of all the furniture, fixture that are not typical of most properties. In the previous messages inquiring the property, there was no mention of any key factors that you were renting the property for. I will stand by my previous offer of $100 towards a future rental which is more than fair."
As a result, I told the owner, "Just because I did not mention the hot tub in previous emails does not mean that it was not important to us. Anyway, there will be no need for your superficial $100 offer as we will not being staying with you in the future."
I would not stay with this owner again as he is merely interested in making money, not providing a service to his customers. To date, the owner refuses to accept financial responsibility for misrepresenting his place.
We loved this home! Clean and well stocked. My only suggestion would be for the owner to add a few baking dishes. The updated bathrooms are beautiful and the tv projector was a plus. We felt safe with the security system and the safe neighborhood. Being close to the shopping strip was also helpful. I will definitely book this house again when staying in the Atlanta area.

This place was awesome! Easy access to the interstate! The place is set up just as you see in the pictures. The neighborhood was nice, clean,and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and will be booking again in the near future!
This house was perfect for my family. It has a lot of great updates throughout the home. In addition, it has everything you need to be comfortable in terms of bedding, utensils, washer and dryer, etc. One of the best features is the location. The neighborhood is safe and the house is central to everything. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Atlanta.
You will be situated in proximity to Downtown (10 minute drive) and within a few miles to many of Atlanta's dining and social neighborhoods. Edgewood Shops (Target, Lowes, Kroger, PetCo, Best Buy, and many other stores and restaurants) is 1/2 mile (4 blocks), Edgewood/Candler Park MARTA station is 30 meters from the entrance to the Carlyle Park entrance, Little 5 Points is 3/4 mile away and Virginia Highlands is 2 miles away. Airport can be reached in 20 minutes with normal traffic conditions.
Community has a rare in-town pool and fitness room. Security features also include monitored surveillance ADT service and IP surveillance cameras.
