EMERALD ISLE RATED #1 CONDO ON PANAMA CITY BEACH!! If you are looking for the best, breathtaking, gulf views, this is where you will want to be! Welcome to Emerald Isle 5th floor condo with superior accommodations! Enjoy stunning beach and sky vistas from both the living room and the romantic master suite, each accessing the spacious, private balcony via huge, triple-glass sliding doors. This clean, well-appointed and well-maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, with convertible sofa, sleeps 4 to 6 and is fully equipped including washer and dryer. Kitchen with granite countertop includes all small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. Three televisions are provided—1 in each of the bedrooms and 1 in the living room all connected by satellite. DVD players are also included. Master bedroom is furnished with king bed with NEW mattress, guest bedroom has queen bed, and NEW sleeper sofa in living room is also a queen. Balcony houses six-person table, end table, six chairs, and chaise lounge for enjoying the views while relaxing, eating, or playing games. Wireless internet and landline phone are available in unit.
Emerald Isle is located in a quieter and less-congested area on the west end of Panama City Beach, but it is less than 2 miles from the rapidly expanding Pier Park development, which includes an abundance of famous retail shopping and 16 restaurants, multi-screen cinema, and an amusement park area across from the quarter mile long city pier. Emerald Isle is close by car to the excitement of the busier section of town. Our location makes getting places easy--from Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Destin to the west, and the Gulfarium, golf courses, and lively areas of Panama City Beach to the east.
Adjacent to the gorgeous, white sand beach is a huge 20 person hot tub, an indoor-outdoor heated pool, and another outdoor pool, sauna, beachview exercise room, steam room, beachfront gas grills, and volleyball nets are all available onsite. Tennis courts are also available next door at Landmark.
It takes a lot to impress us but this condo did. The owner Sally is so nice and great to work with, she answered all my questions and never made me feel like a pest! The condo was very clean, It was the cleanest I've ever seen, even the balcony was super clean. The condo is on the fifth floor, so high but not too high, it's roomy and the air works great. The condo has everything you need. The balcony was wonderful, we had many meals on the balcony and coffee each morning. The front row beach chairs are a added bonus. The condo is keyless with a four digit code so no key and a code you can remember, it's great!
We went in off peek times so it wasn't crowded at all and most other people were older, it was quiet but we did see a few kids so my son found friend to play with. The pool was never over crowded and yet again clean. The grounds and elevator was kept clean, the grills are even covered at night. It's a very short walk to the beach with no stairs for older people it's wonderful. I'm sure we will be back
The condo is very clean and well decorated. We stayed for 4 nights and brought our 7 month old daughter with us and it was the perfect size for the three of us. The balcony is amazing! Very large with unobstructed views of the beach. The two pools were very nice. One is an indoor/outdoor pool which we primarily used and it was awesome for our baby since we wanted to limit her time in the sun. We would definitely consider this condo again the next time we visit PCB and would recommend it to others.
EVERYTHING WAS AS STATED AND THE PICTURES DID IT JUSTICE. WE HAD ONE MINOR ISSUE WITH THE AC UNIT, IT WAS HANDLED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. WE HAD A FABULOUS TIME.

Our stay was on the 5th floor and had an absolutely beautiful view! Every morning and evening we sat on the patio and listen to the waves and that we will miss. The owners of the condo were so easy to work with and even called to check on us during the week. We loved how the security on the property did their job and took care of everyone. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably in the condo and we were super close to a lot of fun, food, and shopping! The whole week was amazing and great memories were made as a family. Thank you Emerald Isle for treating us so well!!! We will definitely be back!!! We HIGHLY recommend this condo unit, it was perfect!!!!
I did quite a bit of research before booking a condo in Panama City Beach. This condo was PERFECT. As a family with young children, we had space to sleep, eat, and play. The condo was impeccably clean and the kitchen well stocked with essential cooking materials. We cooked almost every meal there and enjoyed every breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the enormous patio! Sally made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and even checked in with us during our visit. I was very impressed and my family will definitely return to this condo for another vacation!
During the last 10+ years we have rented many condos in PCB from Treasure Island, Boardwalk, Grand Panama etc. and this condo was one of the best! We will definitely add this unit to our list of favorites and plan to return again. The condo was just as pictured. From the floors to the furniture everything looked brand new . The unit was very clean, the rooms were large and the view from the balcony was amazing. Our favorite spot was the balcony... it is very large with multiple seating options. The water was clear and calm during our stay, the beach was not over crowded and the beach chair service was great. We never had a problem with parking and this end of PCB is so less congested than the other sections of PCB yet all activities were just a short drive from the condo.
I did notice that the pools and pool deck are much smaller than some of the other places we have stayed and there was not a lot of seating around the pools. However, we have a pool at home and we come to PCB for the beach so this was not an issue for us. We did not even use the pools or the hot tub but they all looked very clean and it is a plus to have the indoor/outdoor pool if you or the kids have had too much sun. Maintenance did a wonderful job of keeping the pool area, lobby, elevators, etc. very clean.

Emerald Isle is located beachfront on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Find yourself away from the noise, but just moments away from the excitement and attractions along Panama City Beach. Across the street from the Panama City Beach pier for great fishing, is the exciting and always growing Pier Park entertainment complex located less than two miles away. Pier Park offers a variety of entertainment including great shopping, 16+ restaurants and a multi-screen movie theater. Emerald Isle is serene and quiet, yet close enough that you can be a part of the action any time you want.
Emerald Isle amenities include huge, beachfront hot tub w/ADA lift and two gulf front pools--one heated indoor/outdoor and one outdoor pool w/ADA lift, a fitness center, sauna, and poolside steamroom. Everything you could want... Everyone loves to gather at the pool pavilion and grill on the stainless steel barbecue grilles. And of course, it is right on the gulf! Don't waste a minute; come to Emerald Isle!
Parking space is located directly under the building for easy access or also in the covered parking building across the street connected by enclosed walkway. Enjoy the very best views and a terrific beach.
Mike's Diner is across the street for quick and good breakfasts, lunches, and dinners; Salty Sue's is around the corner for delicious seafood and barbeque; and one of our favorites you won't want to miss is Andy's Flour Power--delicious pistachio muffins, wonderful breakfasts, decor, and friendly owner!
