Rental of this home requires a full rental contract. We use a digital signing service and it makes all the paperwork very easy!
This beach house is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house is located on a private driveway, well off the noise of Pacific Coast Highway. Enjoy your private access to the beach. The nearest public access is more than half a mile away. You will usually have the beach entirely to yourself!

Patios and decks provide an amazing view of marine life: Dolphins pass by and often feed directly in front of the property. Whales can be seen in season. Seals are common, and grunion runs are a breath taking phenomenon of nature. Be astonished at the beauty of diving pelicans. At low tide you have beautiful tide pools for the exploration of a wide variety of sea life.
On a clear day, this south facing beach provides a view of Santa Catalina Island, Santa Cruz Island, and St. Nicolas [or Santa Barbara] Island.
The home is well equipped - a BBQ, wireless internet connection with FIOS, gas fire place, and plenty of off highway parking. This is a NON-smoking house. Activities include beach walks or runs, body surfing, and, if you bring your own equipment: surfboarding or boogie boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, volleyball, etc.

Great location for a multi-family getaway: The house is a great place for one or more families to vacation together and enjoy all aspects of beach living. A heated shower on your way up from the beach allows you to rinse off the beach sand and salt water before heading inside. Off the car port, there is a changing room with bathroom.

This is a family owned beach house and has been in the same family since the 1940's! Originally a small cottage, it is now a grand home on a pristine beach. This beach is remote from the public. The closest public access is some half mile away with some natural barriers. This is a great property for one or more families. Children and adults will enjoy making castles in the sand and making a dam at the nearby creeks that flow into the ocean. Relax on the beach with the sounds of the surf and the sight of the waves rolling in by your feet. The tidepools offer hours of ocean exploration. Starfish abound!

THE BEST TRIP EVER!
My family and I stayed here over 4 days for my wedding weekend, It was absolutely perfect!!!! The best time we could imagine we had a few family gatherings and it was nothing but amazing. THE LOCATION is the best you can get in Malibu! Unreal!!!! It was the perfect setting to get ready for my wedding with all my bridesmaids! Planning to come back every year!

Wonderful getaway week!
We rented the house at Blue Whale estates for my wife's 50th birthday week and the experience couldn't have been better. The house was wonderful and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night was heavenly. On our last morning my wife continually whined about never wanting to leave, but all good things must come to an end.
Happy birthday! Maybe next year again!
Spacious House on an Amazing Beach
The house is as advertised. Very roomy, lots of beds and baths that provide a lot of privacy to the occupants. The beach is great and one of the more prettier ones of Southern California in my opinion. Location is very private and secluded. During the week and a half we were there I think a total of 4 other people actually used the beach for recreation within sight of the house (other then walkers or joggers). The sand here is particularly great for sand volleyball. Saw dolphins playing just off shore almost every day. Very quiet, no noise from other residents or highway, just the sound of waves.

Incredible Oceanfront Home
Walk on the private beach, hear the waves crashing at night, the perfect getaway if you live in Los Angeles, or anywhere else in the world. This house has everything you need, and comfortably sleeps 12. Close to Zuma beach and the Trancas shopping center.

This is a semi-private beach with the closest public access nearly one mile away. Our main attraction is the beach and the wildlife. There are more than 5 restaurants within 15 minutes of the house. Within 30 minutes, traffic permitting, one can reach Santa Monica, Ventura / Oxnard, and/or the San Fernando Valley / Westlake Village. Camarillo (a 45 minute drive) has a very large outlet mall. If booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to occupancy, we will immediately make the home available for the cancelled dates to secure a replacement booking. If no replacement booking is found, no refund will be given.
