The apartment with an area of ​​113 m2, fully equipped, is located on the third floor of a small residence.

It is located in the neighborhood of Spain and enjoys a fairly quiet environment.

It was ranked by Gîtes de France furnished 4-star tourism.

It has a balcony facing west which it can be accessed from the kitchen, the living / dining room and one bedroom.

He enjoys west of extraordinary views of the Bay of Biscay over the red roofs of typical Basque houses. In the southwest, beyond the ocean, the view extends to the mountains of the Spanish coastline. The sunsets are breathtaking. This is the view that led us to acquire this apartment.

We have purchased in 2012 and have completely renovated. It was repainted white. Household equipment was purchased in the last quarter of 2012. The refrigerator is the Samsung brand. It is the same for the microwave oven, the LED TV 107 cm and the soundbar. The washer and dryer are in the Whirlpool brand. Original induction plates are the Electrolux brand and oven, also of origin of the Sauter brand.

The apartment has four bedrooms apart from a spacious entrance hall, kitchen and living room / dining room. We kept two double bedrooms and made of one of the rooms an office with an extra bed and another a small gym with two stationary bikes and a weight machine. Given the size of the apartment, we could arrange sleeps eight but chose limit occupancy to a couple with two children or two couples and thus focus on quality of life.

We have furnished mainly in Ligne Roset. The living room furniture is covered with Alcantara, pearl gray for the three-seater sofa, light blue for the fireside and royal blue for the pouf. This furniture will color touch required in this white together. These colors are recalled by the paintings we ordered Sophie Jourdan, painter of the Bassin d'Arcachon. They represent a heron, the other elephants and the third chameleons. They are all bright colors with a base of different blues.

The beds of the two bedrooms, also purchased in the last quarter of 2012, measured 160cmx200cm. The extra bed is 90cmx190cm.

The apartment also has a bathroom, a shower room and toilet.

Adjoining the fully equipped kitchen, there is a small pantry / laundry room.

Board games (Monopoly, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit) are at guests' disposal.

The residence includes car parks.

It is very close to the shops of Kennedy Boulevard (about 600 meters). Leclerc center is a five minute drive.

The beach of the Côte des Basques is a ten minute walk. That of Milady well as ilbarritz are little more remote.

The center of the city with its casino, Virgin Rock among other curiosities is twenty minutes away.

The Negress Station is five minutes by car. The international airport is ten minutes. It is the same the toll of the A63 motorway. We reached the residence without having to suffer the congestion of downtown.

For convenience, the owner lives nearby.

Un appartement idéal pour se ressourcer

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires Christine et Serge.

L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux et parfaitement équipé. Il est idéalement situé pour aller à pied dans le centre de Biarritz ou encore pour profiter des magnifiques plages et animations de la côte basque. Le parking est un vrai plus.

Un environnement idéal pour profiter pleinement de ses vacances. Location à recommander fortement.

Super pied à terre pour les vacances !!

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans l'appartement de Christine et Serge.

Au-delà de cette extraordinaire vue, l'appartement est très agréable à vivre. Literie confortable, équipements complets et opérationnels, résidence très calme et parking disponible. Quartier calme également, loin de l'agitation et de la musique des bars du centre ville. Parfait !
