This 'like new' condo sits on the St Lawrence Seaway with unobstructed views of passing ships heading to the Great Lakes or the Atlantic Ocean and a sunset each nite over Canada.
The condo grounds are impeccable and Susan is a delight to work with as she returns calls and E's PROMPTLY. The crystal clear fresh water river is the highlite of my puppy's vacation; I shall return..........
The condo was perfect in every way. Far enough from the crowds, yet close enough to the excitement of Alexandria Bay & Clayton and close to all the stores in Ogdensburg. An ideal spot for enjoying the Amish countryside and discovering some hidden waterfalls

Our stay at Dockside 27 was delightful. The condo is very well appointed with basic supplies (soaps, paper towels), a well equipped kitchen and linens provided on the comfortable beds. The jar of biscuits for the dog was a nice touch. The view out the patio doors is lovely and you never know what you will see next. The cove next to the condos is perfect for wading, floating and the dog loved it. The covered garage gave us a place to store our bikes. Sue was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Very pleasant vacation rental.
This condo was perfect for our visit to 1000 Islands/ Alexandria Bay area to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. The inside is nicely decorated (as you can see in the pictures) and very clean. Beds and sofa were so comfy. Unit was easy to find and Susan was very helpful and made herself available to us if needed. Aside from the condo, the highlight off the trip was our Uncle Sam 2 nations boat tour leaving from Alex Bay and finding Mare's Wares Pottery along Highway 37 (take 12N from the condo). Thanks so much Susan!!!
What a great long weekend!! Owner was very friendly and caring. Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked, met all our needs and more. Beds were very comfortable. Won't hesitate to recommend. Thank you, Susan. Naomi Murray and Family.
The Thousand Islands is an archipelago of islands that straddle the Canada-U.S. border in the Saint Lawrence River. Large freighters frequently ply the St. Lawrence Seaway and the water is so clear in some areas, that a rocky bottom can be observed in 80 feet of water. The area features several shipwrecks and is a great place for diving.
One of the most popular attractions in the region is the scenic cruise. The region’s many boat lines offer a variety of cruises, typically ranging from one hour to three hours in length. Looking for a different perspective? Step aboard a colorful hot air balloon or a classic DeHavilland Beaver floatplane for a birds-eye view.
There are few places where you can catch as many trophy-sized fish of so many species. The St. Lawrence River is known for its bountiful catches of muskie, northern pike, bass, and its famous Lancaster Perch.
With more than 30 public courses, the Thousand Islands offers golfers a wonderful variety of experiences.
