About Kristin Williams

My husband and I love the historic charm of our house and the surrounding neighborhoods. Our favorite activities around town include hanging out on our front porch veranda and watching the birds, walking downtown to grab a bite to eat and shop, strolling the various lakes and Hollis Gardens, and taking nature hikes at Circle B.

I am an environmental educator, guiding children around the Florida Keys and The Everglades; I also own and operate a booth with environmentally friendly gifts at the local Downtown Lakeland Farmers Curb Market every Saturday.

Wonderful experience at the Guesthouse in Lakeland

  • 5 of 5

Property is as shown in photos. Lovely setting across from the lake. Well maintained, many amenities (tv, games, books). We loved sitting on the porch watching the swans and friends by the Lake. Kristin is the BEST homeowner we have done business with using Vrbo. She does a LOT to ensure a successful visit. We will return to the guesthouse again when we come to the Lakeland area.

Absolutely Wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I stayed at the property over Christmas and everything was perfect. The house is impeccably decorated and there is no detail missed. Kristin decorated for the holiday - including a tree - and she provided everything we needed to make the holiday truly special! The house is warm and welcoming, spotlessly clean and the location cannot be topped. Kristin is a responsive host and we felt at home immediately - she even leaves tasty snacks and a fridge full of beverages. Can't say enough how much we loved our stay and hope to stay here again. Thank you, Kristin!

Amazing home and location

  • 5 of 5

You cannot ask for a more beautiful view. Sitting and watching the swans, ducks, geese and other birds is so relaxing. Owners were so accommodating and wonderful to deal with. The house is gorgeous, the work they have done in the home is top notch. Can't say enough positive things about this house. Our family met here for Thanksgiving with our daughter who attends Florida Southern and it was perfect. Would use again and again.

perfect location and wonderful house

  • 5 of 5

this house and its location was ideal for our Florida stay . We were there to celebrate a milestone family birthday, with family flying in from all parts of the country. The three bedrooms, each with its own bath, was ideal for the three couples - especially one with a toddler. There was plenty of room to relax both inside and out - and every detail - from plenty of towels to a welcome bottle of wine made the trip a truly relaxing vacation. The ability to walk downtown as well as the college campus was delightful - and the lake with its many birds across the street was a charming plus - especially for the toddler who was endlessly fascinated with the swans. Would love to return some day!

This house was Fabulous!!

  • 5 of 5

Kristin's house is even nicer than the pictures, if you can believe that. Everything was perfect. We loved the front porch and watching the swans and other birds and ducks etc. Very nice to walk around the lake too. It was really hot when we were there but the AC was awesome and so much care and though went into this very comfortable house. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. Kristin really knows how to welcome her guests: lots of great goodies in the house and frig! Spotlessly clean and immaculate. We felt very at home. You wont want to leave!!
