Park your car upon arrival and leave it till it's time to go, while you enjoy all the mountain has to offer. In spring, summer, and fall, hop on your bike and have direct access to the Kingdom Trails network and the new Burke Mountain Bike Park.
Our condo features three levels, a beautiful kitchen with locally made solid birch cabinets and Corian countertops, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer located in our spacious master bathroom, locking storage for bikes or skis, three bathrooms (one full, two 3/4 baths), a cozy gas-fired stove, and a private deck.
Burkeside 120 is comfortably furnished for a large family or 2-3 couples looking for a Vermont getaway. We look forward to offering you a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.

We're excited about all the developments in the Burke area--a new high-speed quad for the upper mountain trails, a new bike park for the lower mountain in summer, as well as direct access to the Kingdom Trails. We want to invest in our local community as it continues to grow. And when it comes to enjoying Burke Mountain, the Burkeside condominium complex is as close to the action as you can get!
Burkeside 120 and 116 make great companion units for two families looking to share ski or biking adventures on the mountain!
We had a very pleasant stay at this 2 Bedroom Condo literally steps from the Sherburne Express lift and base area. Excellent customer service provided by the owners, the condo was clean and well equipped. The beds were terrific with quality bedding not usually found in rental accommodations. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.
David le proprio est très gentil et répond rapidement à ses courriels. La taille de son condo est parfaite pour une famille avec 2-4 enfants. Toutefois, ça ne conviendrait pas pour 6 adultes, sauf si vous désirez dormir dans des lits simples superposés.
Tout le confort y est, on peut même ranger les vélos à l'abri des intempéries dans un petit cabanon (2 vélos max). Au pied des pentes de Burke Mountain, c'est parfait pour varier les activités et se payer des descentes de vélo en downhill. Et pour aller dans la Kingdom trail, on peut débuter à vélo, mais le secteur Darling Hill est plutôt accessible en auto (environ 3 km d'asphalte).
Nous retournerons certainement dans ce condo tranquille et confortable avec nos enfants. Ils ont même pu bénéficier d'une Playstation (nous n'en n'avons pas chez nous...)! La laveuse à linge était bienvenue pour notre famille de cyclistes! Le seul bémol est la chambre des maîtres ouverte sur la mezzanine au dessus de la cuisine.
Ce condo est notre emplacement favori pour un week-end de MTB à Burke. C'est grand, il y a beaucoup d'espace et même une unité de rangement barrée pour les vélos. L'emplacement nous permet de commencer chaque journée par la piste Burnham Down ce qui est vraiment cool.
Cette année j'ai eu l'occasion de croiser David, le proprio, qui est un chic type et qui a réellement a cœur notre bien-être. D'ailleurs l'état du condo et l'abondance de ce qui est fourni (serviettes, draps, ustensiles, chaudrons, etc) en témoigne bien.
Je l'ai loué 3 fois et je n'ai jamais été déçu. J'y retrounerai encore plusieurs fois. Je le recommande sans hésitation.
Everything was fine and the unit is well equiped and the location is excellent.
We had a great time up at Burke. We were a family of 4 with two little kids. The location could not have been better, its about a 9-iron from the Tamarac Grill, base lodge and ski lifts. This would be the perfect location for skiing in the winter. We were there in the summer and really enjoyed ourselves. A perfect place to stay for bikers or those attending a wedding!
We are 2 couples from Quebec city who came for Kingdom trails in Burke. We have been charmed by the place ! The condo was super clean. We had each our own bedroom with our own bathroom. In more, there is every thing in the kitchen for cooking!

We stayed at this condo in the spring for a mountain biking weekend. This was the perfect place to stay for a mountain biking weekend at Burke mountain or Kingdom trails. The unit was very spacious and clean.
Dave, the owner was very responsive with any questions we had after we arrived. I would definitely stay again.
