Fantastic property, amazing location!

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing weekend at Marble Mountain Chalet. From the moment we booked the property there was instant communication with the owner. He really went the extra mile to make the transaction smooth and convenient. We even received a call upon arrival to make sure everything was to our liking. The house is beautiful, well maintained and has many awesome features. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was amazing to enjoy the spa on a clear October evening under amazing star-filled skies. We also loved the nature preserve, just a short walk away, and hearing the wolves there harmonize in the evening. Really incredible! Having the West Branch of the Ausable River and Lake Placid just a short drive away gave us plenty to do and see. Not to mention the sauna and fires outside in the evenings. It was a truly wonderful stay! We will be back for sure.

Wonderful stay

  • 5 of 5

The home was clean and well appointed. Anything we needed we had. Surprised by how much thought went into making sure anything we would need was there. Kim, out caretaker was helpful beyond what one would expect. We were in town for a family wedding and still found time to enjoy the hot tub. There was more than enough room for 3 generations ranging in age from 21-85. We will rent from these homeowners again

We had an amazing family vacation at the Marble Mountain Chalet.

  • 5 of 5

The Marble Mountain Chalet exceeded our expectations. The place was plenty roomy for our family of 9 (8 adults, 1 baby, and two dogs). It was clean, roomy, and comfortable. We loved hanging in the hot tub in the late afternoon after hiking and enjoyed hanging out at the fire pit at night. We even sang camp songs together! Todd and Kim couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. We also loved the area with all that it offered. The natural beauty of the Adirondacks, the fun walking/shopping around the town of Lake Placid, visiting the Olympic museum, Whiteface Mountain, and Everest Beach. We also loved that the restaurants were eager to accommodate our party, without reservations, and never a wait or a parking issue. We will definitely come back!!

Nicely planned both inside and out! Our four girls especially loved our campfires and toasting mars

Each part of the family had their own space for sleeping. All convened most times around the huge peninsula in the kitchen offered a great place for snacks or meals. The two good sized tables on the porch provided another option for meals or fun. Great place for a good sized group!!!!
