About Nick Einbender
My name is Nick and I'm a Dentist in the Air Force. I grew up in a small town outside of Seattle called Enumclaw. I went to college at BYU and subsequently dental school in Louisville Kentucky. Since working for the military I've lived in Las Vegas Nevada, South Korea, Germany, Hawaii and now Washington DC. Aside from dentistry I love photography and being outside enjoying nature. You can most often find me on some outdoor adventure, taking pictures (whether it's a gorgeous sunset or some ridiculous dessert), working out to maintain my fitness, or spending time with friends and family. And speaking of dessert I have quite an intense sweet tooth. I know, a dentist with a sweet tooth, I've heard all the jokes you can imagine in this scenario but it's true! I married my husband Spencer in July 2015 and we bought and renovated this home when I was transferred to Washington DC with the Air Force. Spencer has a background in interior design/visual merchandising and has worked to design a beautiful apartment for you to enjoy in our amazing Historic Home in Capitol Hill!

Tucked away near the Eastern Market
Nick has a great little property steps away from Eastern Market metro station. Also nearby (walking distance) are wonderful restaurants, a Trader Joe's, and a Starbucks.
He had everything we needed for our stay, and even thoughtfully left two umbrellas by the door.
Communicating with Nick was quick and clear throughout the entire process.
Would definitely be our go-to if we went back to DC.
Beautiful apartment, perfect location
Beautiful apartment, perfect location
We enjoyed our stay and the location. It was a short 10-15 minute drive to all the attractions. Food at the Eastern Market was in walking distance from the house.
A great place on Capital Hill
The apartment was a comfortable and private retreat after busy days of visiting Washington sites. The space is modern, nicely decorated and well equipped. The home is in the historic Capital Hill area with plenty of transportation, several restaurants and grocery shopping within blocks.
The owners have a system on site for arrival and departure that is set up for guests convenience and privacy, yet they provide information on how they can be easily be reached if needed.
This roomy apartment was a perfect choice - and has all the comforts of home at less then the cost of a good DC hotel.
Loved the neighborhood - great restaurants for evening meals, all of the museums within a couple of miles makes for longer stroll or quick uber ride...

Trader Joes just opened up 2 blocks away from the house!
