Kona on the Hill

A great place to stay. This was a beautiful house and it was a privilege to have been given access to. A fabulous view of the many sunsets we had experienced. The bedrooms were well spaced from the living area and all had easy access to the pool, which was a good size. Easy access to the town and walkable for the energetic. We were impressed with the quick response from the owner to our questions before arriving and he wanted to make sure we enjoyed our visit.

Great house and great location

We had a family of divers and snorkelers that used different bays/beaches and this was the perfect location for both. There is also a Wal-Mart, Safeway and Starbucks right outside the neighborhood, which is a very nice gated community. Restaurants are about 5 minutes away. The house has plenty of space and everything you will need while there including everything you can think of for the beach. The kids had fun in the pool at the end of the day. I wouldn't even look for another place if we returned to Kona.

Lovely, comfortable home in ideal location.

Four of us had a wonderful week in this clean, comfortable home. We enjoyed everything from the pool to the back porch, which is perfect for outside meals to the front porch with a view of the ocean.

We cooked several meals and found everything we needed in the well-appointed kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet, yet not far from downtown Kona and a shopping center with Safeway and other stores.

Great beach chairs and umbrella are provided for the beach, as well as surf boards and snorkeling equipment.

A wonderful home to enjoy your Big Island Vacation.

Beautiful family friendly home

Our family of 7 adults and one 4-year-old thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Just as stated in previous reviews, you will need a vehicle but it is very well situated to grocery shop, or visit downtown Kona - and so many beautiful beaches! The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed preparing and eating many meals together while watching the sunsets.

There were pool and ocean toys, towels, beach chairs, and coolers all available at the house for our day excursions, and very importantly, the beds were very comfortable after our long, active days.

The 4-year-old actually cried on our last day that “he didn’t want to leave this beautiful house.” We all had a wonderful experience and would love to return soon. Thank you also, Bhavesh, for your timely responses to my inquiries and the helpful reminders on check in and out.

75-320 Malulani Drive

This property is well maintained and very comfortable. The owner is responsive and cooperative.The neighborhood is quiet and protected. Swimming pool required additional cleaning while we visited and was promptly attended to.

Location in Kona is excellent for access to Ali'i Drive and the Belt Road (11).
