Pet friendly, convenient to downtown, and well maintained.
This home was perfect for our weekend in Asheville with friends. It was convenient to catch an Uber for an evening out. The fenced-in front yard was great for my dog. The owner's instructions were clear & easy to follow for how to enter, leave, and check-out. Marilyn was wonderful to work with. The house was clean, well maintained, and very spacious. We sat outside one evening and enjoyed the country feeling. We'd love to come back when the bushes are in bloom and for a longer stay. We didn't use the kitchen to cook, but it had the things we would have needed. I highly recommend this home and the owner. We will stay here again.
Our dogs loved the fenced yard
Hearing the birds, and the donkeys, you feel like you are in a farm like neighborhood. Yet you are close to everything. It was clean too.
For an older property it is very well maintained.
Was in Asheville for a wedding and property is close to everything.
Very comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean.
This home worked out well for us for a family of 4 over the Christmas holiday. It had everything we needed. It was also a nice short drive into town, even though you felt like you were out in the country. The sound of a donkey was quite a surprise when we first arrived. I got out of my car at 2am - we must have woken him - but that gave us a good laugh and he didn't bother us the rest of the stay. If you have an elderly person in your group, I would be concerned about the raised floor threshhold between some rooms. They could be a tripping hazard. Other then that, we found everything we needed in this home and were quite comfortable.
Super clean, easy access to downtown. $10 Uber ride for four... had a great time!
Very clean and close to everything!
The house was nice and clean with everything we needed. Easy checkin and checkout instructions and quick response from owner with a question we had!
