About Theresa White

We love our Colorado Springs home but find ourselves living elsewhere for employment. We visit often ourselves. We have 4 children and 5 grandchildren in the Colorado Springs area.

Theresa White purchased this house in 2006

Why Theresa White chose Colorado Springs

We love Colorado Springs. It is full of wonderful things to do. Our home sits at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain near Fort Carson. This part of town gets less snow and has very little congestion. It is close to the zoo, hiking, world class resorts and most of all, it is close to our grandchildren!

What makes this house unique

Our Colorado Springs home is very relaxing and a wonderful place to spend time with family. We have a lovely back yard with a swing set and a hammock strung between two huge shade trees. It is only a mile from the interstate which makes it feel close to everything. Evenings in the family room with a fire in the fireplace and a great movie with surround sound is often better than going out. The new double oven stove makes cooking for your family easy and convenient.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Thank you for a comfortable stay in your lovely home. Everything possibly needed was there, and we were well rested between our sight-seeing. Our little dog also had a great time exploring the yard and hearing a dog or dogs on the other side of the fence. We got some great photos in the hammock.

Thank you again for not only the pleasant stay in your home but also the pleasant conversations, communications and arrangements in making the plans. The experience was a delight from beginning to receipt of the refundable deposit. Best wishes to you both!

Was a great family home. Very nice in-side and big back yard. Great Location.

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here with some co-workers for a Extended work trip. In side the home has been well kept and had every thing we needed during our stay, very nice and felt like home. We were very happy with its location as we were able to get to work with ease as well on the weekends we were close to enjoy all the things Colorado Springs has to offer.

Nice comfortable home

  • 5 of 5

It was perfect for us. Nice house. The pics don't do it justice. There were several of us spending the week there. It was my first time to rent a vacation house, but definitely not the last. It was way more comfortable and cheaper in the long run. The kids loved the fire pit in the backyard. We made smores almost every night. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this nice quiet home where everyone had their own space. Especially at the end of a long day of running kids around. If you rent this house you won't be disappointed. Clean, spacious; great choice for families

  • 5 of 5

This house was a great choice for our extended family vacation for the July 4 week (4 adults and 3 kids).

Plenty of room for indoor and outdoor dining, family game time, etc., plus good-sized bedrooms when everyone needs alone time.

The location in south Colorado Springs was great for a vacation as well; most everything (airport, Santa Land, caves) is less than a 30 minute drive, and there are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. within a 5-10 minute drive.

Contact with management both before and during the stay was good, and the check-out list was clear and reasonable.

Great quiet neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

We had an easy check in and check out, communication was good and all of my questions were answered before booking. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of room for my husband and I and our two dogs along with our friends with a baby! We had no problems and the house was close to everything we wanted to see!
