This condo sits on the edge of the Big Canyon golf course with stunning views of the greens. It is suited for an executive, renting on a monthly basis, and is located within a five minute drive of major local hot-spots like Fashion Island and Balboa Island and the University of California, Irvine. This property is situated 2 miles from the entrance of the 73 freeway which easily connects to the 55, 405, and 5 freeways. The property offers a 2-car garage, shared swimming pool, and community hot tub.

This condo is on the second floor and occupies one level. The floor plan of this condo is open and bright and the kitchen is to the left of the entry way. Off the kitchen, a dining table is set for four. The charming living room has views of the golf course. There are bar chairs for sitting at the kitchen counter, ideal for entertaining additional visitors. The balcony off of the living area has a new Weber propane BBQ, making it a prime location to enjoy grilled dinners as the sun sets over the golf course or breakfast and a cup of coffee in the morning.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The stylish master suite has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with a double vanity. The walk-in shower has a built-in bench seat. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, double closet and has a nice view of the courtyard. The second bathroom is adjacent and has a tub/shower combo, single vanity and laundry pantry.

This condo was designed to utilize space and incorporate lively colors to maintain a spacious atmosphere making it feel like home.

We also have staff on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to address any issues with the property condition. In regards to the wireless internet, we try to troubleshoot within 1 business day. Upon arrival we were extremely disappointed; the unit had not been cleaned BW employees arrived soon & saved the day. The unit needs several small repairs and some updating but was comfortable. Our only problem is the many stairs to reach the the unit. A new coffee pot and Liv rm sofa would make a positive difference. Needs caulking around kitchen sink. The beds were great and the linen supply was also. Mgmt was very responsive to all needs and requests Thank you. Betty Brady

Overall very good. The unit was a little dirty when I arrived and the condition of the patio, grill was very poor. The gas grill needs to be replaced and the propane tank was empty when I arrived. The trees need to be trimmed so they don't hang into the patio area.

Owner's Response: Update to comments: The BBQ is replaced as needed and is new for 2014. Thank you for commenting on your stay with us. These property owners take pride in their property and try to make improvements every year. Most recently they adding new carpeting, new heating/air conditioning, and new patio furniture. While the barbeque grill is not new, it works well. Please call our office, we have staff on call 24 hours a day 7 days per week. We will bring a propane tank if it is not full. We will have a conversation with the cleaning company and property inspector to addressing all cleaning issues. As the trees have grown over the years, there is a little less view than previous years. Unfortunately, they cannot be trimmed as they belong to the adjacent golf course property. Howevery, the balcony is very pleasant with plenty of sun and breezes. The condo sits up two stories from the covered garage. There is a large staircase up to the common area grounds, and then one flight up to the front door. If you have stair issues please take this into consideration.
