Christiansted Condo Rental Photos and Description

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths - great for 2 couples

Mill Harbour condominium is an 80 unit gated waterfront property with 24 hour security. We are located just west of Christensted.

All the resort amenities without the resort prices! The 25 foot wide gallery faces north letting the trade wind breezes flow through our recently remodeled unit. The master suite has a king size bed, two closets and a full bath. The guest room has

twin beds, two closets and is across the hall from a full bath. Both bedrooms are air conditioned though rarely needed with the

breeze.

Breezes restaurant is within walking distance down the beach - best happy hour on island.

Snorkeling in a protected reef bay on our beach & swimming pool are on property. We also have tennis, basketball and shuffleboard.

St. Croix is a relaxing, slower paced island, the largest of the USVIs. St. Thomas and St. John also have cruise ships & can be visited either by ferry or seaplane. The island has high desert terrain, rain forest & the Wall at Cane Bay which has some of the best snorkeling & shore diving in the world. Buck Island, the only underwater National park is a short boat trip away.

Why wayne graves chose St. Croix

We decided that St Croix is the most beautiful Caribbean

island we had seen. We have dependable services, utilities,

mail, internet, cable etc.

The association also has back-up water and electric supply.

This was the second unit we bought at Mill Harbour.

Beautiful island, nice condo, secure and close in.

We stayed for a week at Mill Harbour and had a great time. There was a quaint bar/restaurant on site that was very reasonably priced. The beach was pleasant. Many of the residents are year round at Mill Harbor so we got a lot of good ideas on where to go and what to do. The Cruzan Rum Tour is a must do.

Virgin Island Nice!!!!

I stayed at Mr. Graves condo twice in 2014. Once in spring break and the second time in June. The first time I brought my family of 5, and we all slept comfortably. I was born and raised on St. Croix, so the accommodations was fine to me. As far as what "Pam" said in her review about "gang war" I find it hard to believe because I still have family on the island that I speak to every week and I know that my mother would have told me about it. I also find it hard to believe that the condo was not well kept. Like I said I stayed there twice in the same year and I am a very hard person to impress and I was very impressed with the condo. It is Island living at its best. I think the only problem I had was the remote for the TV, but who stays indoors when you have a beautiful Island to enjoy!!!! As we say in the Islands "Eat, Drink and be Merry Mon". I would recommend my friends and would stay there again.

Perfect home base for a vacation on St. Croix!

We shoot underwater video and stayed at this condo for one week. We found the condo to have everything we needed, and to be very comfortable and convenient. We even had a visit by a gecko who kept us amused while he eyed us from above.

We shot video on the tire reef right out in front and found French and Queen angels, along with just about every common Caribbean reef fish that you would normally see in this region.

The condo manager left us a nice fruit bowl, and a bottle of local spiced rum, which added to our enjoyment. We found the on-site restaurant and bar not only very handy, but of excellent quality!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this condo was for the very reasonable rental rate, and would definitely use it again if we come back to St. Croix! A lot of locals actually live in this same complex, so you will find many of them to give you advice on St. Croix happenings! We had a great time there, and this condo was the perfect home base for our adventures, much better than a hotel room!

Great location!

Condo was in a great location. When we arrived we were greated by a wonderful lady who answered all of our questions about the property and the island. Love the feel of the small island vs. The big cities on other islands. The property had a lot of good amenities to offer. I highly recommend if you want a nice cozy place to stay. There were tiny little lizards out side and mongoose to watch if you needed a little entertainment. The snorkeling at cane bay was spectacular, we saw sea turtles and cuttlefish everytime we went. Love that small island feel. Drove through the rainforest, to the eastern most point, did the light house hike, stopped at a beach on the side of the road to walk around and we're greated by two horses. Any ways you could say it was one of the best trips we had in a while. We never felt unsafe here with the gated entrance. Hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy an amazing trip/ vacation such as the one we had.

Not as advertised

This condo does not sleep 5, as advertised. Additionally the description does not make it clear that the living area being open to the gallery translates to the entire unit being the equivalent of a screened-in porch. There is no separation between the outdoors and the living area/kitchen except a window screen. There is no glass window, door, or even curtains to close off the "gallery" from the rest of the unit. Even though it's open, there was no air flow when I was there, and the window a/c units in the bedrooms were not adequate to sufficiently cool down the bedrooms. I had to check out of the unit after one night, because in addition to these problems there were numerous pests in the unit, even though Terminix had serviced the unit just prior to my arrival. I was the second visitor within a few months to check out early due to the condition of the unit. I was very disappointed! My attempts to work it out with the owner resulted in him accusing me of lying and having vague ulterior motives, and he refused to refund even a portion of the month's worth of rent I had prepaid. Perhaps he felt my motives were because of the gang war that broke out near the property soon after my arrival, however I left the unit before the shootings occurred (thankfully!). I would not recommend this unit at all.

Our Week in Paradise!

What a fabulous week we had in St. Croix! The condo location was ideal for all the activities we wanted to do... and even had its own beach! We had ample room in the condo, and the air conditioning was very adequate (used in the bedrooms at night). During the day - the island breezes were very comfortable and the sunroom allowed these breezes to come right into our condo. This island paradise is quite humid - so be prepared for that (my hair decided to go extra curly!). Our son is attending school in St. Croix - and we hope to be able to return once again! This property was well maintained (I saw personnel out nearly every day sweeping and generally taking care of the grounds), and there was a property manager onsite - to resolve any minor issues that we had. I would recommend this property to you!
