Mill Harbour condominium is an 80 unit gated waterfront property with 24 hour security. We are located just west of Christensted.

All the resort amenities without the resort prices! The 25 foot wide gallery faces north letting the trade wind breezes flow through our recently remodeled unit. The master suite has a king size bed, two closets and a full bath. The guest room has

twin beds, two closets and is across the hall from a full bath. Both bedrooms are air conditioned though rarely needed with the


Breezes restaurant is within walking distance down the beach - best happy hour on island.

Snorkeling in a protected reef bay on our beach & swimming pool are on property. We also have tennis, basketball and shuffleboard.

St. Croix is a relaxing, slower paced island, the largest of the USVIs. St. Thomas and St. John also have cruise ships & can be visited either by ferry or seaplane. The island has high desert terrain, rain forest & the Wall at Cane Bay which has some of the best snorkeling & shore diving in the world. Buck Island, the only underwater National park is a short boat trip away.

Why wayne graves chose Estate Golden Rock

We decided that St Croix is the most beautiful Caribbean

island we had seen. We have dependable services, utilities,

mail, internet, cable etc.

The association also has back-up water and electric supply.

This was the second unit we bought at Mill Harbour.

Pleasant place close to beach

There were 2 couples and we asked the twins be put together for a king and they were. We were greeted upon arrival by Alisha who did a fantastic job of explaining the lay of the land after all the hurricane damage. Our unit had just been restored apparently in the last few weeks. We did not have TV as it was still being repaired. Air conditioning (not needed really) was only in the one bedroom. The air flowed through nicely. The unit was clean and acceptable with full kitchen. The beach was a short walk and the best beach was not in front of our condo but down a bit. Walking from the condo to 2 bars and restaurants was possible otherwise you need to either have a car or pay for transportation. The island was still recovering so hard to tell what it was like without the affects of the hurricanes. Maintenance staff was friendly and found through them a driver. Needs some minor repairs, second bath had a small leak, air conditioner leaks a little but overall a nice enough condo with most staying there were residents so quiet and friendly. Would recommend for the price paid.

No issues with my stay here in St Croix, I was met at the airport by Stephanie who I followed to the condo and she was very helpful showing me around and answering my questions. I had another question and spoke with the owner who was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful condo, great location and very friendly and helpful staff of Mill Harbour

We spent the month of February in Wayne Graves Mill Harbour condo. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay - - plenty of linens, kitchen items, internet, etc. The recent renovations were perfect. We never had to use the air conditioning - - the ceiling fans were fine for daytime and sleeping. The location is perfect especially if you don't plan to rent a car. We used the bus system - a bus stop just outside the gate (after obtaining our senior pass) and were able to ride at no cost to Christiansted or Frederiksted or points in between. Grocery stores are either a short walk or a short bus ride. Stephanie, Wayne's contact for the condo, was very pleasant and helpful. She is a good representative for the condo and the island. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated as indicated in the writeup. This has always been my biggest priority and was unable to exercise or swim much due to the cold water. Overall the month in St. Croix and Mill Harbour was a very enjoyable time for us.

Virgin Island getaway

Great value for the weeks vacation and convenient to Christiansted and local shopping. A few minor issues discussed with the property manager, who was very helpful and personable, but nothing to include in this review. The attached restaurant had good food and a friendly staff. All tolled, a pleasant stay in the VI.

Great space and literally on the beach!!

We rented this condo as a family vacation home. There was plenty of space and the property manager was attentive to any issues we did have. It is on the beach and the golden rail restaurant is a fantastic hidden secret. It is the restaurant for the property. Pool is amazing and extremely clean. My only complaint would be how hot it was in all common areas because there is only AC in the bedrooms and I expected trade winds but because of how the built the condos, they don't exist. The condo itself was amazing and would book again in a heartbeat.

Bar/restaurant. We have a 30 year old tire reef 50 yards off of our beach with abundant and colorful local sea life,
