This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1525+ sq. ft. GROUND LEVEL, golf front, condominium is in the heart of Western Naples Florida near downtown. The unit has been recently updated. It resides in the Glades Country Club Community(Certified Audubon Sanctuary) which has mature vegetation, lakes. It is quiet and it has very reasonable golfing Green Fees for renters.(plus applicable transfer fee) and guests.
The Glades Golf and Country Club(Certified Audubon Sanctuary) is within biking distances(~4 miles) from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the famous Naples pier where you can see some amazing sunsets and watch the dolphins frolic in the sun. It is also very near Tin City and Botanical Gardens and you pass the famous 3rd Street & 5th Avenue shopping streets in downtown Naples on your way to the beach.
The complex has two beautiful golf courses. A par 70, shorter but challenging course and a par 3 Executive 18 hole course. There is also the reasonable priced 19th Hole bar & restaurant in the Club house.
This active community also offers eight, high quality tennis courts, bocci, shuffleboard, eleven semi-private swimming pools with the closest being a stone's throw away from the my unit. There is a Library for your enjoyment as well.
This unit is located in the quietest (no outlet) part of the complex and is one of the larger units with over 1500 sq ft of living space plus the screened in Lanai(replaced in 2015). The unit boast one of the nicest views around. The two bedrooms are separated by a very large living room and each have their own ensuite. The master ensuite has a king size bed, master bath and walk in closet. The 2nd ensuite has two twin size beds which can easily be turned into a queen bed. The dining room has a very large table for entertaining your guests.
The Kitchen has been fully updated with new stainless steel appliances and tile counter tops while the baths have new granite top double sink vanities. Floor tile throughout was installed in 2014 and the unit is completely repainted. All windows & the sliding door was replaced in 2015. All furniture has recently been purchased and has a European flare.

My family has been coming down to Naples for many years after my parents purchased this condo. My father, Harold Neal & his brother, Bill Neal, loved their time in Naples(my father is in the blue shirt and Bill is in the yellow shirt).
We love the golf, the shopping and the Gulf of Mexico's warm water and the white beaches!! Through the years we have shared this gem with friends and our American & European family.
We plan to continue to update the unit each year and we look forward to coming down more often.
Where can you go to have such inexpensive green fees for two different courses. This complex allows monthly renters, very reasonable green fees so there is a huge savings for the golfing enthusiast.
You can also walk a few minutes to one of the many pools in the complex or to the various tennis courts.
The location of this complex is very close to downtown Naples which we walk through on our way to the Naples Pier and beaches.
We love the warmth and humidity after living so long in the cold and dryness of Colorado. The complex greenery is very well maintained allowing us to experience the tropics just outside our door.
My husband and I stayed here for two months and really enjoyed our time. Harold, the owner, is a great communicator and responded very quickly to the couple of minor issues we encountered during our stay. The condo is well decorated and spacious and we enjoyed playing the golf courses as well as swimming in the nearby pools. We also liked sitting on the screened-in lanai in the morning with our coffee, watching the golfers go by. We like to cook and found the kitchen to be well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Thanks again for a terrific stay, Harold and Marij. We are looking forward to our next stay already!
This was our second stay as guests and couldn't have been more pleased! The property listing itself is quite accurate, and the property was very nice, clean and well kept. Even had a beautiful potted poinsettia on the patio providing such a warm Christmas welcome, thank you. The owner provided excellent service, communications, and accommodations, which was trustworthy and greatly appreciated. The location of this property in Naples is beautiful, with easy access to beaches, shopping, activities and dining for all ages, within a friendly community of residents. We have stayed in four different Naples units during our winter sojourns and this was one of the best. Very accommodating, big flat screens and all the cooking essentials you need. Big bedrooms, large great room, bbq, and convenient ground level entrances. Good view of golf course and, best of all, close to 5th Avenue restaurants. Quiet, older community but lots of trees to give it a true neighborhood feel. Landlord was terrific in accommodating our last- minute changes. Highly recommend this place.
This unit is exactly as described located in a well landscaped and quiet neighbourhood. It is spacious, nicely decorated, clean and fully equipped.The golf view from the lanai is gorgeous. Location is quite convenient for those with a car. Easy access to shopping, beaches and downtown Naples (15 minutes drive). We would come back again or recommend it to a friend. The owner provided great customer service by always returning emails and was extremely helpful. Thank you Harold.
The condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Owner made the booking process simple and quick and refunded my security deposit within a few days of departure. He responded to any questions I had immediately and was very friendly and helpful. The condo was very well stocked and had everything you needed or forgot to bring on your trip. One of the best condos I have stayed at since renting on VRBO the past 10 years. Would recommend it 100%.
The condo is located in the Glades Golf and Country Club located 4 miles from the white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the downtown of Naples, Florida.
The ground floor unit sits right on the golf course by the 7th green and 8th tee box. Monthly long renters are allowed very reasonable green fees for two of the renters. Great restaurants, bars and shopping is much closer than the downtown attractions.
