Location, location, location! Frequent Caribbean travelers know that the East End of St. Thomas is where you'll find the best hotels, restaurants, and beaches. From the condo, you can walk to the Ritz, St. Thomas Yacht Club, formal and informal dining, a health club and spa.

Feel safe—this gated community requires all visitors to have an access card to enter the premises. In addition, a security guard greets every car in the evenings.

Play golf?

I have 2 bags of golf clubs you may borrow. Please give me advance notice if you plan to borrow the clubs.

Sleeping:

This 2 bedroom condo has 2 king size beds and a day bed. The master bedroom has a breath taking view of the Caribbean Sea and Little St. James Island. The garden bedroom has a view of luscious plantings, a king size bed and a day bed to accommodate two more guests. A Pack & Play is available for babies.

Where to eat:

There are 2 restaurants on the beach; Sangria's is great for informal dining while The Fish Market is more upscale. Take a 1/10 mile walk to the Ritz and enjoy one of their restaurants offering exquisite cuisine.

Or, stay home and cook your own gourmet meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Eat in the dining room that seats 6 or recline on the lanai and enjoy Caribbean breezes while you drink and dine til wee hours of the night.

What to do:

Other than snow skiing, St. Thomas has it all. Magnificent shopping; St. Thomas is a tax free port—you pay no sales tax on anything you purchase. Looking for more activity? There’s any water sport you can imagine: parasailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, or just lying on the beach and soaking in the rays. St. Thomas has the largest and best Butterfly Farm in all of the Caribbean. More of a couch potato? Relax on the deck and enjoy the view; it’s my favorite place to be.

About Sherri

I live within walking distance of the condo and will be available to make sure your vacation dreams come true. I'm never more than a phone call away. If desired, you can shop for groceries online and have them delivered to the condo before you arrive--ask for details. All you need to bring is your swimsuit and toothbrush! Everything else is provided; beach chairs, beach bags, sand toys, coolers, and more.

I live in the same community as my rental condo. So, you will have access to me, as your personal concierge! I can answer questions before and during your visit, if needed. I have lived in St. Thomas for 16 years and have a wealth of knowledge about the area. Feel confident knowing that the owner is nearby to help if needed, but will remain out of sight when not needed.

What makes this condo unique

Living within walking distance of the condo means that I know everything about the area. I'm a wealth of information about restaurants, spas, boat rentals, etc. Need a kid-friendly restaurant, I know just the place. Romantic dinner spot, local food, biggest waves for surfing, best jewelry stores--I have first hand knowledge of St. Thomas.

My family & I had the privilege of staying in this well-managed unit, where resident relations were no doubt a priority. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived & were personally greeted by the owner. We discovered a personal welcome note from her, which informed us of the location of our welcome gift. She made follow up contact just to ensure that all was going well for us. It was a cozy unit with an excellent view of the beach. I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend it

Notes:
I've lived in this condo and it has virtually everything needed for long-term living. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of linens, and the living room furniture is super comfy. Plus, I live across the street and can bring whatever you need, except unicorns and other similar items.

Great location, awesome owner, really nice condo!

Myself, my wife and 3 daughters spent 6 days at the condo. The condo has fabulous views of Cowpet bay where you can sit on the large balcony and watch the sailboats bob around in the water. The beach is great and there are complimentary chairs available right there so no need to rent or drag chairs around. There is also water sport equipment available for rent right on the beach for very reasonable rates. Later in the day there can be some biting insects, but a little Cutter spray keeps them away. The condo is less than 5 minutes away from Red Hook which has lots of great restaurants and the ferry dock and the American Yacht Harbor.

The condo has a great kitchen that Sherri, the owner, has nicely equipped with anything you might need to prepare meals if your so inclined. There's also a weber gas grill if you want to cook outside. There are also 2 restaurants/bars a 5 minute walk away on the beach. The food and drinks were very good at Sangria's in particular. A pool and a relaxing hot tub (that's actually hot) are available on the property as well.

The condo is spacious and our family of 5 never felt crowded or cramped. The beds are comfortable. The owner lives in the same complex and is very helpful and responsive. We had a great time and Sherri's condo will be our first choice when we return to St Thomas. If your looking for a quiet and beautiful place to relax and enjoy St Thomas, we highly recommend this property.

Spent one week here with friends- Girls' getaway!

Great location and beautiful views from the balcony. Comfortable home for six of us. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Ate twice at Sangria's restaurant on the beach. Very good. Would stay here again.

Just What I Needed!

This was my 4th time staying in St Thomas and this was by far the best condo. My husband and two teens had plenty of room and the two bathrooms helped with quick showers for dinner. I love that there are two restraurants that we alternately walked to for dinner that served delicious food and even had a movie night while we were there. Sharing a beach lounger with my daughter watching Princess Bride outdoors was priceless. Sherri's condo was well furnished and well stocked with everything we needed. Fresh ground coffee every morning on the patio was perfection. My kids enjoyed making more than a hundred sand castles over our stay, with all the beach toys in Sherri's shed. We never had a problem getting beach loungers for all 4 of us, even on cruise days. The pictures on this site are spot on - relaxing in the master bedroom viewing the ocean and beach are phenomenal! If your travels take you here and the calendar has openings, you will not find a better value for your money.

Fabulous vacation

We stayed here Jan 1st-31st, 2017. The unit was very clean, furniture was new, the bathroom was just redone and kitchen had all modern appliances. The view of the beach and garden view both were a perfect 10. The unit is a 10 and Sherri is one in a million. She was so helpful when you asked her anything and yet she was not looking over our shoulder. We are going back next January. We are at Ft Myers Beach now and sure wish we were back at Sherri's! I won't hesitate to rent this unit.

Paradise!

Let me begin by saying that our expectations were one thing, but the reality was fabulous! The view from our "home away from home" for 11 days was like a poster or a wonderful painting of the blue skies and far away islands with a wonderful beach within steps from our "borrowed" home. Our screen doors leading out to the balcony from our room were never closed as the sea breezes were fantastic and the sounds put us to sleep each night. Sherri, the owner of this wonderful condo in Cowpet Bay West on Leeward has this unit well furnished, clean and it is a quiet haven. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a retreat on a quiet beach, fun beach bar and 2 restaurants that serve lovely lunches at one and fine dining at the other. We met Sherri as we arrived and she was so helpful helping to put our small amount of necessities in the refrigerator and then again when she came to refresh bed linens, towels, throw rugs, etc. What we truly loved about this place, other than it being beach front, was the fact that she was on property should we need anything and also the fact that it was so clean as she changes the shower curtains, bed coverings, etc. in between each renter. That gave us a sense of security that we could, without any worries, know that when we put my head on the pillow each night it was going to be like home! Thank you Sherri for making our stay a memorable one!
