Any closer to the ocean, and you would be in the ocean. Our 3 bedroom condo is literally 30 feet from the beach. And unlike other units along Seven Mile Beach, here you have your very own private balcony, actually two, with no other units looking onto you. The view is one of the best on the island. Nothing else compares.

The beautiful and serene Cayman Islands is home to the Cayman Reef Resort Residential Suite #29. Cayman Reef Resort Suite #29 features breathtaking views and access to the ocean, with two levels of luxurious patios, from both the living room, kitchen, Master Bedroom and Guest Room. A bright and spacious kitchen stocked full with every cooking gadget and small appliance needed, makes this open concept living a truly comfortable experience. With two sets of patio doors overlooking the ocean, you can sit back and enjoy the view, or sit outside on your private patio and take in the gorgeous sunsets that will take your breath away.

We live in Canada and it can get cold. We take every opportunity we can to come visit the Cayman Islands. With three young children, it is relaxing to know everyone will be safe. We started with one condo and soon found ourselves adding a few more. What started out as a hobby, has quickly become a small business and as such we treat our units as a business and our guests as our best clients. Attention to detail is what best sums up our motto.

A DREAM family vacation!

We had the absolute best family vacation at Grand Cayman, staying in this condo! Marc was super friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond to my questions and needs. The condo itself was well maintained, well equipped, spacious, and super accommodating for our family of 5 (3 kids aged 12, 15, and 17). The beach for this condo was spectacular!! We saw an assortment of fish and even some stingrays right in the condo's beach waters. I honestly could not imagine a better set-up. As we walked down the beach and saw the crowds at the "big name" hotels, I cringed at the virtually 100's of people sitting on top of each other on their small strip of beachfront. This condo's beach had so much privacy, space, and comfort - it was incredible and there's NO DOUBT I will be coming back. This is the way to go!!!!!!!!

Excellent experience and beautiful property. We will return.

We have stayed in Cayman several times and rented from various people from one end of seven mile beach to the other. Marc and his unit stood out above all our previous experiences. The property was extremely well maintained, comfortable and Marc was fantastic to work with. We had occasion to ask a question early on during our stay by email and Marc answered promptly and followed up with a telephone call. What really made this property stand out above our previous experiences were the seemingly small details that Marc has seen to -- the fruit basket, the alarm system, the dvd selection and play station, the computer and printer, the clear instructions throughout the property, the starter supplies, even the umbrella, cooler and water toys. I could go on, but each of these items by themselves are fairly insignificant but they add up to a better than average experience.

It is our understanding Marc has several properties in the complex and we will contact him again for our next visit. The beach and water at this complex are exceptional. The walk up bar to the north came in handy as we watched the sunsets in the water. The property is centrally located to several good restaurants if you decide to go out. Security on the property is above average with an on-site guard at night ( very pleasant, we had coffee early one AM) and camera coverage.

All in all, this property and Marc were a good decision which we will stick with in the future.

Perfect beachfront location & condo with everything you need

My family of 5 adults spent a week over Christmas and New Year's in CRR #29, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The unit is steps from the beach, and has ocean views from both balconies. Enjoying our coffee and breakfast on the balcony, watching the sun rise and the cruise ships come in quickly became our morning ritual.

The condo is bright, clean, and everything is in great condition. The air conditioning was very efficient and cooled the place down in no time. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher- because who wants to do dishes on vacation? It was super convenient to have our own washing machine and dryer as well. Although the condo complex has beach umbrellas, there aren't a lot of them, so the two umbrellas in the condo came in very handy.

Cayman Reef Resort itself is well located on the Seven-Mile Beach. The private beach in front has areas where you can snorkel around and see quite a few fish. You can walk to liquor and grocery stores, as well as many excellent restaurants nearby. Camana Bay is also not far, with many restaurants, shopping and an observation tower. We liked XQ's for pizza, and had Chicken! Chicken! from across the street twice because it was so good! I got to try lionfish at Tukka, which was a bit of a drive. Our best meal by far was up the street at Decker's on New Year's Eve. A little pricy, but well worth it.

If you're renting a car, the unit has its own parking spot. We had a car for four days, and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking to tour the entire island on your own time. We also rented two stand-up paddle boards from George's Watersports for the entire week- they deliver and pick up the boards to your unit. It was great to have them at our disposal whenever we wanted to go for a paddle.

In terms of excursions, I would say Stingray City is a MUST. Book in the afternoon on a day when fewer cruise ships are in port so it's less crowded. Interacting with the stingrays was an amazing experience! Snorkelling off Eden Rock doesn't cost anything, and there's lots to see.

Finally, the owner of the unit, Marc, was friendly, helpful, and quick to reply to my questions. Booking was organized and seamless. The FAQs and manual for the condo he provided were great resources. There was an issue with the internet and tv in our unit, but Marc had us hooked up with an alternate wifi network the entire time, which is all we needed!

We will be back!

From the moment my family of 5 stepped into Unit 29 it was magical!!! Beautiful condo overlooking the beautiful white sand beach & crystal clear blue water is your view from 2 separate balconies, it cannot get any better. The owner of he condo should be very proud of how well it is kept & most importantly it is VERY VERY CLEAN!!! Could not have asked for a better condo along with all the amenities it came with.

Located directly on the best spot of Seven Mile Beach between the Ritz and the Marriott. Close to shops, restaurants, and everything else you could possibly want to do. This beach has pristine white sand, and gorgeous coral reef. With this location, a car rental is not necessary. You can take a walk to the new Caymana Bay which offers fantastic shopping as well as cafe's and state-of-the-art movie theatres. The ultimate in convenience!
