2400 sq. ft. of tastefully decorated living area.
Hot Springs is the only American city nestled within a National Park and takes its name from the natural thermal waters that flow from 47 springs on the western slope of Hot Springs Mountain in the historic downtown district. It is known as America’s First Resort and is the boyhood home of President Bill Clinton. It is rated number four of the “Best Small Art Towns in America”.
We often think of Hot Springs as the land of 10,000 things to do. In addition, it is just 40 minutes from Little Rock and the airport!

The pictures do not do justice because it was way better than we expected. The wifi signal could've been a little stronger, but the rooms were beautiful and provided all we needed for a great 4th of July weekend. Great location so close to everything.
I echo others who say this is the perfect place for a ladies only getaway. I was with my four cousins (ages 52 - 70) and we were amazed at how large and airy the loft was. I don't think anyone felt squashed in. The decor is very eclectic, very shabby chic, with lots of antiques. I actually came away with a few decorating ideas!
The loft is on the south side of Central Avenue and everything is within walking distance: bathhouse row, restaurants, shops, the Grand Promenade with lots of hiking trails shooting off it, if you are the outdoorsy type. We parked our cars and didn't use them again until it was time to leave.
Recommend shedding your inhibitions and your clothes and trying out the bathing experience at the Buckstaff. A German restaurant, (Something) Keller, about a block away serves a wonderful schnitzel with a blue cheese sauce. The Ohio Bar was great for drinks. The Pancake Shop is a must for breakfast, and Fat Bottomed Girl's Bakery had the best cupcakes I've ever eaten.
The only caution is that the loft is NOT handicapped accessible. It's on the second floor, so if anyone in your party cannot navigate stairs, this is not the place to be. Otherwise, book it!
Perfect for the girls weekend. Three large bedrooms with super comfy beds and good linens. Lots of natural light and great location. Wanda was very helpful, even providing restaurant suggestions. I consider the Arlington hotel the center of Hot Springs and this is only about a half mile walk from it with bath house row, restaurants, shops and bars on the way. Easy unloading and parking. Since it's on the second floor, it would not be appropriate for someone with mobility issues. But great location with lots of room to relax.
For our first visit to Hot Springs this was the best place to stay. Right in the heart of the town, restaurants, bars, shops all within walking distance. The accommodations were great - we all loved the eclectic shabby chic decor. There were 5 women and we had plenty of room to relax and spread out. Wanda was great to work with throughout the process. We all loved the town and the rental.
We have been coming to Hot Springs for 20+ years and have stayed at a wide variety of places. This one rates highly and is in a category by itself, as well as one of three VERY unique properties we have stayed in out of a couple dozen or so.
We spent much more time downtown than we have in the past. Our group included shoppers, walkers, hikers and trail runners. All enjoyed their pursuits. I ran the trails on the West Mountain and would enjoy living in that neighborhood to do it daily if I could.
We ate out in a couple of the restaurants down the block. What a pleasure to walk to dinner, stroll the spa row after, grab a drink, and then settle into the comfortable apartment.
And comfortable it is. All the beds were excellent. The layout lends itself to privacy and plenty of rest. The furnishings and décor are as advertised and very interesting. We had all the necessary amenities and very much enjoyed it.
A couple issues: the internet is anything but high speed, and it is difficult (if not impossible) for the elderly to get in and out. But we were able to work around both those and would recommend the property to anyone else who can.
We had a wonderful time staying here! Everything was just perfect. We needed to be downtown and the location was so convenient! Our family was together for an event so being in this large space allowed us a lot more togetherness than a hotel! Our daughter and son-in-law are historic preservationists, and they thoroughly enjoyed the rejuvenation of a unique downtown location! In spite of being on a busy street, it is very quiet inside. Our grandson loved being able to watch all of the traffic going by and we loved not hearing it!
It is very easy to get in and out of and provides a perfect location to enjoy the Spa City!
Located in the 800 block of Central Ave (our main street) you'll be the middle of it all with just a short walk to everything downtown....the art galleries, restaurants, and bathouses! Downtown is in a National Park.
As an added bonus we are including a free pass for 4 to the Quapaw Bath House. It is good for each day you are with us.
