This top floor unit faces Provincetown Harbor straight on, and is located at the end of the pier in a popular, well maintained, and historic condominium complex known as Jones Locker in the quiet West End of town. From the unit, guests are able to see the Wood End and Long Point lighthouses, as well as Long Point which is the land's end of the Cape Cod peninsula. Sit-down water views from every window. The unit was completely renovated in 2005, and recent upgrades include tile flooring throughout, Subzero drawer style refrigerator/freezer, furniture, and central a/c. With the unit's location on a pier, the high tide goes completely under the building, so the experience is like staying on a boat! Sit on the exclusive use deck and watch boats and swimmers in the water, listen to the waves, feel the breeze, and smell the fresh salt air. It doesn't get any better than this!

The in-town location on the harbor is close enough to walk to everything (restaurants, shops, beaches, entertainment, marinas, gyms) but is in the quiet West End of town.

The unit is compact, but has an efficient layout so it feels larger. In addition to the kitchen, living room and bedroom, the exclusive use deck is like having additional living space.

There is one full (not tandem) offsite parking space nearby on Point St. With its walk to everything location and short taxi ride to commuter service via Cape Air to Boston Logan Airport and Ferry Service from Provincetown's MacMillan Pier, guests do not need a car.

Bliss!

This condo was a slice of heaven with the water all around it and the breathtaking views of the west end of Provincetown. The unit was quiet, well stocked and very comfortable. I was concerned about the mattress but the owner assured me that it was a good one and it was! I would book another stay here without hesitation.

Hard to beat

I had high expectations of this place and they were certainly met. There is something very special about staying somewhere the sea laps in underneath you. The flat is very well-equipped and as others have said, in an ideal location - quiet yet within walking distance of the hustle & bustle of Commercial St. My grown-up daughter and I didn't want to leave! Thank you, Ray, for thé privilege of staying here.

Waterfront Condo exceeding expectations

We stayed 4 nights at this awesome 1 BR Condo. If it hadn't already been booked for the next week, we would have asked to extend our stay. And, we will book here again. The condo sits directly on the water (high tide), and is on the top (2nd) floor, directly facing the water. The condo is small, but has water views, even from inside - not just from the deck. That means you can enjoy it even in the rain - and it does rain on Cape Cod. Once you acclimate to the smallness of the condo, and you see how efficiently Ray has set it up, and how clean and upscale it is, you no longer notice the size. It is just small when you initially walk in. The location is far enough from town to be private and quiet, and close enough to walk or bike. Parking in P-town is not easy, so best to walk. If you don't want to walk all the way into town, which is about a mile to MacMillan Pier, you can walk a couple of blocks to Joon (my favorite restaurant), the Red Inn, or Relish (a great place for sandwiches). For those who bike (like us) the bike storage rack at the property is located off the street, so is fairly secure. And, the Province Lands bike trail is just down the street - which is a beautiful coast / dunes bike trail with lots of exploring options. I look forward to going back, and am happy to have found an accommodation that I can repeat.

Jones Locker #2 is a Bad Mamma Jamma !!!

It is my second visit to Ray,s #2 rental on the Bay. It is in the best side of town, but still close enough to walk into the magic of P-town center. The condo itself is great for 2 people, kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home . Bathroom is larger than most and a shower to relax in. I HAVE RENTED OVER 15 PROPERTIES IN P-TOWN, this is my very favorite, right on the bay. Above all it is CLEAN, nothing had to be done to feel comfortable. I had my wedding ceremony on the lower deck . Just outstanding do not hesitate.
