Well behaved, non shedding dogs allowed! S4603 will allow 1 dog 40 lbs. and under. The Pet fee is $15 per day $100 per week or $150 per month. Barking dogs will not be tolerated. It is important that if your dog barks that you use a bark inhibition collar. Dog is not allowed on furniture.

This was a fantastic place to call home while we were on SPI. The unit was even better than it was described . It was clean and well maintained. The furniture was very nice and beds were comfortable. The full sized washer and dryer were much appreciated and the wi-fi connection worked great.The gulf view was amazing as it also overlooked the pools and tennis courts. We made some great friends at the pool and hot tubs. If we needed anything our realtor was very quick to respond to our needs.Too many great restaurants and bars to mention. Prices were great! We also took advantage of the free trolley rides up and down the island. GREAT VACATION!
We loved condo!! Had a great view. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We were there for a whole week. Kitchen is very spacious and has everything you need for a family. I stayed with my husband and two small children and we were very happy. I loved the view from balcony especially having my morning coffee. Pools areas are cleaned and maintained daily and are really nice. Nice landscaping and areas to walk around within complex. We felt very safe since it's a gated condo unit. I loved the fact that it has beach access very close to condos and is one of the best beach spots at island. Definitely recommend and will stay here again next year.
Check in upon arrival at Padre Island Rentals, 3100 Padre Blvd. at the intersection of Kingfish Street. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the bridge and one block north of the Blue Marlin Supermarket on the right side of the Road. We are open 24 hours a day to serve you.
After picking up your keys and parking permit(s) you will turn left onto Padre Blvd and head south for 1 1/2 miles. The entrance to Saida Towers is on the left side of the road just south of the Isla Grande Hotel. Show your parking permit to the Guard at the entrance gate and let him/her know that you are going to Saida IV. Pass thru the gate and continue straight and park as close as possible to Saida IV. Take the elevator to the 6th floor.
