Enjoy the Honolulu views and if you're lucky enough to be sitting on your balcony on Friday night at 7:45 pm, you'll have a great view of the fireworks show put on by Waikiki hotels.
It's close to the world famous Ala Moana Beach Park and Shopping Center. Just a 5 minute drive to Waikiki or take advantage of our great public transportation system to get you anywhere on the island. Even if you are here for work, you couldn't ask for a nicer retreat to come home to. We are sorry but house rules do not allow less than a 10 day stay.

We spent 12 nights at Vic and Karla's apartment. It was comfortable, perfectly situated with everything we needed. I was ready to move in full time! Both Vic and Karla met us at the apartment to make sure we were comfortable with accessing the unit. They provided driving directions and suggestions for getting around. They even helped us figure out some things on our rental car! The space is a good size, clean and well-maintained. The lanai is wonderful for morning coffee and evening cocktails with a beautiful view. The location is perfect for accessing Waikiki and all grocery shopping--necessities. The trip from the airport to the apartment took 25 minutes--which was so great after flying from the east coast.
I also send special thank yous for how accommodating Vic and Karla were when our travel plans changed unexpectedly. They truly went above and beyond. We had a wonderful vacation and absolutely recommend this unit and the lovely couple who own it.
Karla was very helpful in getting us oriented. This location was walking distance of our family which was very convenient and otherwise was on one bus route and around the corner from another. If we had had a car, the parking space was ample which is a plus because having either no parking or very tiny is not unusual. The unit also has washer and dryer, AC and Wifi - all of which are pluses. We cooked breakfast and dinner in a lot and kitchen had all the necessaries and more. In sum, we would like to stay here again on our next trip.

We spent three weeks at Vic and Karla's property, and we couldn't have asked for more. Vic met us at the condo on our arrival, and he and Karla and their booking agent made the transactions smooth and easy. The condo is in in a quiet, secure, well maintained building, and Johanna, the building manager, is lovely. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, the bed was comfy, the condo had all the amenities, and we felt right at home. The wifi was a great bonus. We looked forward, after a day of shopping, touring, or going to the beach to being able to come back to the place, sit on the lanai, put our feet up, drink a glass of iced tea, and watch the neighbourhood activities and the twinkling lights on the buildings as night fell. On Friday nights we'd watch the fireworks over Waikiki from the lanai. There is a really good Korean Barbecue restaurant on the no.18 bus route, and there are other places to eat, but we were content to have lunches out, and eat our dinners at the condo. The bus routes are close and convenient. We had some great conversations with locals while waiting on the busses to arrive. We bought a one month bus pass and hopped on and off as much as we liked. Safeway is close for groceries. There is plenty of space in the condo for two people, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home while in Honolulu. We loved it, recommend it, and would book it again in a heartbeat.
Amazing place for couple ! Perfect location near by everything ! So Many things to do around ! Super Easy to reach the owner . Really loved it, liked to have a Washer and dryer really use full and would totally recommanded it!
My husband & I Love it. Great area you right by Fwy so all you have to do hop on Fwy &go where you need to go. It was very comfortable and after a few days we were saying let's go Home. Because it Honestly feels like Home after a few days. Great view of the city. Vic &Karla have everything you need in the kitchen. They very sweet and understanding. My flight was about 1hr.late& still had to go get rental car. So needless to say I was very late. But Karla didn't make us feel bad at all &she was still very nice& We Appreciate that! Especially since we did feel bad. We enjoyed our stay in Hawaii So much& we do it again in a heartbeat. We wouldn't change anything.
