There are no commissioned leasing agents or front desk staff and no running around town hunting down or returning keys. You will have your own personal access code.

I employ my own housekeeping and maintenance staff and provide upgraded towels, linens and many extras that you won't find in the corporately managed properties on Mustang Island.

Reservations are limited to mature individuals and families, which I personally screen.

306 Mayan Princess is 'like new' throughout. The owner visits monthly and continues to make upgrades and improvements

2 story, 1,511 sq.ft. 2 bed/2.5 bath with 2 ocean view balconies from the living room and master suite. The balconies feature handmade, bar height furnishing for optimum ocean gazing and outside seating for 8 on the main level.

Key-less, monitored front door, with your own personal access code for your security.

The living area is furnished with a new leather sofa, loveseat, recliner and ottoman. The sofa folds to a queen bed and the ottoman folds to a single bed. The media center contains a huge flat panel TV, DVD player, MP3 sound system and a nearby glass top work station with tons of electrical outlets and USB charging stations throughout...plus lots of convenient hooks for jackets, hats, towels, keys, etc

The kitchen and dining area provide bar height seating for 7, plus TV trays for 6 more. All appliances are new and stainless steel, including a refrigerated 'beverage center' under the bar. The kitchen has new granite counter tops and well designed cabinetry throughout, with lots of little extras

The huge master suite has a brand new king sized bed, wall mounted, huge flat panel TV, DVD player, a private balcony and a luxurious master bath with a walk-in, full-body shower and bath tub, plus a seated vanity area. The master bath also has new granite and tile, well designed cabinets and extra features throughout. The master suite also includes an MP3 sound system, theft proof hangers and an ottoman which folds to a single bed...plus black out shades for privacy, or just sleeping in a little late.

The guest suite has a brand new queen sized bed and its own private bath, with a walk-in shower and new granite, tile and well designed cabinets throughout. The lighted closet includes a dresser and theft proof hangers

With 3 million frequent flyer miles under my belt, I've had the chance to stay in condos all over the world for business and pleasure.

And I've managed to stay in almost all of the Port Aransas condo projects on various fishing trips during the past few years too.

From those experiences, I knew exactly what our guests would want in a vacation rental...and put them in the renovation plan, which we finished in January 2012.

And...I'm not just and absentee owner...I visit the property regularly and continue to make updates and make sure everything is fresh and clean and good working order...and make a few new tweaks, here and there.

I handle 100% of all reservations and customer service personally and employee my own housekeeper to provide a higher level of service and personalization for every guest.

I love the views and the location of The Mayan Princess. It has the best pools in Mustang Island and because it is located between 'Port A' and 'The Island', we have have the best of both worlds...besides being minutes from Corpus Christi and the airport.

What makes this condo unique

I completed a FULL renovation and remodeling of #306 in January of 2012 and despite the trials of that process, enjoyed the views and just 'island life'...and look forward to lots more of it...and sharing it with our friends and guests.

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Both 306 and 307 were awesome, we couldn't have asked for anything more. These units are beautifully decorated and Richard adds little touches that made our vacation memorable for the whole family. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

Relaxing and fun !

The condo was furnished with everything we needed and very comfortable. A great facility for the kids because of the 3 swimming pools and boardwalk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

You're minutes from funky Port Aransas...or North Padre Island...and just 20 minutes from all the shopping along South Padre Island Drive in Corpus Christi...all the time being far enough away from the crowds when it comes time to head to the beach!
