After a day of touring Savannah you can enjoy time unwinding in the courtyard with a semi-private pool and outdoor fireplace. The carriage house is completely furnished with a king size bed, full kitchen for cooking, and washer/dryer.
The carriage house is new construction grounded in historic tradition. The floors are wood throughout with tile in the bathroom. The moldings were reproduced to match the main house. Insulated glass windows and foam insulation assure you a quiet, comfortable stay in the landmark district.

Downtown Savannah is a treasure trove of spectacular historic homes. Even those who didn't know they love architecture or 'antiques' can appreciate the beauty that surrounds them in this inspiring city.
This is one of very few downtown properties with a swimming pool! Not only is this a luxury property but it has a saltwater pool and outdoor fireplace! Amazing!
The carriage house was very clean and in a great location. Convenient that Kroger was right around the corner and a close walk to Forsyth Park. The accommodations were great and had everything we needed, only downside was that the pull out couch doesn't sleep very well.
Nicely appointed carriage house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery store and coffee/tea shop. Downtown is about a mile but pleasant walk through lovely parks and by beautiful homes.
We stayed in the rental for 3 days. The location is very convenient and quiet. The home was VERY clean, updated and well equipped for our family of three. We used the kitchen a few times and had everything we needed. The owner checked-in with us prior to arrival to let us know she was available if needed.
The pool was great after days outside in the Savannah heat and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable.
The main house was full of guests (3 or 4 couples) and noise was not an issue.
My suggestions for improvement (all minor) would be to include higher-quality hangers, add a full size ironing board (there is a small one), add hooks somewhere to hang pool towels, and spend a little time sprucing up the courtyard. It has so much potential, but felt like it needed a little TLC. Of course, this is all minor as I gave the property 5 stars and would absolutely return to the unit.
Thanks for sharing your home with us!
Modern apartment, CLEAN! PRIVATE PARKING was fantastic! Perfect for a couple days stay in Savannah! We LOVED our choice! Mary was helpful whenever we contacted her and so nice! Would definitely recommend to others. Walked to Kroger for supplies, bakery on the corner.
This trip was the first time my husband and I visited the Savannah area and I'm so glad I took the opportunity to look into a condo vs staying in a hotel. This cute condo is in a great location. Many of the restaurants and places we visited were just a few miles away from the house. We also took advantage of the Kroger's across the street and we got some food and even cooked at the condo as well. There is a garage to park a rental car. The condo has Wi-Fi too - which I loved because I was able to FaceTime with my daughter every night. After this trip, we're talking about visiting Savannah again and coming back to this particular location, if we're able to.
We loved the carriage house! It was roomy and very clean. It was so nice to have the pool during the hot afternoons and very convenient to Forsyth Park and Kroger.
An easy three block stroll will have you in Forsyth Park - the landmark districts largest park. The park features a cafe, tennis courts, farmers market on Saturday, and is surrounded by some of Savannah's finest homes along with some of the locals' favorite restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and markets. Hall Street is a beautiful brick street with large Live Oak trees and some of the largest Crepe Myrtles in the area.
The primary grocery store for downtown, Kroger, is located just a block away and Ganem's wine shop is just a block and a half away.
Heading North you will enjoy strolling through many Savannah Squares as make your way to Broughton Street - the primary shopping street, or to River Street.
